Kalos Dwellings reviews in Seacrest, Florida

“We loved both Villa Bianca and Kalos Dwellings. Having traveled to the area and stayed in many other homes the last few years, this is the first time we’ve said we would return to the same home, and/or another home managed by Kalos Dwellings. The entire process, from booking to checkout, was seamless, with zero issues. Villa Bianca was beautiful, convenient, clean and great for our family’s needs. Kalos Dwellings was the very best property maintenance company. They were proactive and responsive in communications, and despite the incoming hurricane, made the entire process easy. Overall excellent holiday for us! Hope to return again soon!”

“This was our first time to 30A and we spent a lot of time deciding where to stay. So glad we picked Seacrest Beach and this home! We had nine people age 2 to 80 and the house was absolutely perfect for everyone. We really loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom, the king size beds, comfy living areas, cleanliness, and the well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood pool was a little chilly, so we were very glad that this home had its own pool, and paying extra to have it heated was well worth it. The bikes and beach/pool stuff were great, and the tram to the beach was amazing. We only used the car to drive to the grocery store once. Biking to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach was so convenient, we rented kids bikes and a bike trailer so everyone could join. We would 100% stay in Seacrest Beach and at this house again! The host was very responsive and friendly!”

“Kalos dwelling was so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the hosts were very accessible and answered our questions promptly. I highly recommend this pretty home, which was so tastefully decorated. We hope to come back again with a larger group of friends! Thank you! 😁”

“Great place and great location to beach , shops and restaurants!!! They were absolutely amazing helping us with check in to find the braclets for pool and beach and even when a few outlets stopped working in house they had maintenance up there the same day ! I highly recommend staying at there property !! They were amazing and helped plan my sisters bachelorette trip from the recommendations they gave me !”

“We had an incredible stay in 30A! Kalos Dwellings was thorough, detailed, easy to do business with, and so responsive via text whenever we had questions about anything. We’d 100% return!”
