“Clean but a few issues affected my overall experience. The bedroom had only one electrical outlet, I needed an extension cord to utilize my CPAP machine, phone, etc. The shower had virtually no water pressure, the old shower knobs were flaking. The grab bar inside the shower were rusty. The property is an older quad-style home sound traveled between units. When other residents entered through the back entrance, it sounded as though they were coming directly into my unit. Footsteps from upstair units after 12AM. This ground floor unit needs better window coverings in the bedroom for privacy. Owners use a 3rd-party concierge service & before I could receive the entry code, I was required to pay a damage deposit that was not listed in the Airbnb information. Overall adequate for the short time I stayed & I appreciated the cleanliness & responsive concierge service. Given the issues with the shower, outlet, noise, privacy and unexpected damage deposit not sure I would book again.”

“The home had several safety issues primarily in the monsters inc playroom. The ball pit dunk tank is a literal death trap. My 8yr old son sliced his arm open on it & we are lucky it didn’t internally decapitate him. The green decorative SOLID WOOD door on the wall in the playroom literally fell onto my son as well, all he did was touch it. It was never attached to the wall properly like many other things. Several rooms had issues with wiring showing in unsafe areas for children. There are sharp unfinished edges in most of the kids bedrooms & playrooms & also the movie theatre. The decorations were beautiful but this home is an absolute safety risk & we had to leave within 2hrs of checking in out of pure fear for our children. Great concept but absolutely poor execution. I begged them to call me & they didn’t. I contacted air bnb & they moved us due to safety reasons. I’m so shocked it’s listed again just 3 days later. Shame on them & air bnb for putting innocent children at risk.”

“The house itself is nice, but honestly this was not a pleasant stay. The gate QR code never worked the entire trip, so we had to call security every time we came back. We contacted the host about this multiple times. First they sent a second code but then asked us to try the first code again which obviously didn't work. There were so many rules before we even checked in. We were told the AC could only be set between 70 and 75, but the thermostat was broken and stuck at 65-68 the whole stay no matter what we did. For 4 people we got one tiny bar of soap and two small bottles of shampoo/conditioner per bathroom, and when we asked for one extra bar of soap they said no. There were large cockroaches in the kitchen the whole time, which clearly wasn't a new problem. Prior to our stay, they had told us multiple times about how we are not allowed to leave food out, need to take the garbage out otherwise it would attract critters. Clearly has been a reoccurring problem already.”

“Overall, the stay was good. A/C upstairs was not working until 1a on the day of arrival. Back slider was unable to open/close on day 1. There was only 4 towels in the whole unit when I signed us up for 13 guests. Had to go and spend $100 in towels. Neighbors, also renters were partying to all hours of the night Unit was spacious, clean and meet expectations and fair price once the door and AC were fixed”

“this Airbnb was misleading. They did not accommodate at all. I kept up with Bruce for almost a month to ask him. Can I get an early check-in or early checkout he knew in his policy they did not do this, but he kept Stringing me along. Also, the dishwasher did not work. I am a 55 year old working mom I bet you said it was gonna happen and I came down for a vacation and had to wash most of all our dishes. The staff the staff does not speak English and I could not explain anything to the person who came to fix the dishwasher. He was very nice and very apologetic, but bring someone with you who can speak Spanish. My brother had went out to see some friends speaks Spanish, but was not there to help me at this time.. this is a business and if you do not accommodate people for the things that they supposed to have, you should give them some money back or something not all he kept saying. I'm sorry for the inconvenience less to say I will not be staying here again”

“This is not to deter anyone from booking this was my experience. Early check in is not an option. We asked the day before, the day we landed, as well as 3 hours after being told the host needed to check in with their team still no early check in was an option. The Toy Story room the beds are on the floor does not look like what is pictured. Tons of bugs flock to that room. Only the living room gets cold in the house, all of the rooms are all extremely warm especially at night no control of the A/C. The master is the room that has yellow blanket across it, it does not come with the yellow blanket and is downstairs. All other rooms upstairs. Only 2 trash bags given needs to be changed considering that many rooms and that small trash can more trash bags are required. My package was delivered to this Airbnb 3 hours before check in when I arrived it was not there. I asked the Airbnb for their doorbell footage, took 3 days for them to say the doorbell does not record. Sheets for blankets.”

“Pictures look great Online, but IRL things are not what they seem. We constantly had to clean up ants on both floors and had clothes infested with ants the last night of the stay. We were missing towels for the pool and barely had enough for one shower and had to wash towels to use. Even after bringing up to host they did not help out with any more towels. The furniture was dusty and dirty and we wiped down before using. Linens were also not clean and washed them before using as well. WiFi did not work the entire time length of our stay, also brought up to host and had no help other than being told to reset the modem. Excessive tasks were brought up for check out and a ridiculous $500 cleaning fee was mentioned if we did not leave dishes in dishwasher and started a cycle or if we did not consolidate trash from the whole house and place outside. We are not one to believe in stuff, but we had some strange encounters during our stay. Each of our family member had an eerie occasion.”

“This was a scam. They wouldn’t give me the code until I went to a separate website and paid a deposit. Had to get Airbnb involved because this is illegal! You can do additional verification and demand an additional deposit!! This is scam behavior!!! Beware!! External websites are ILLEGAL!!! Airbnb is the only site you are supposed to do verification and any money deals thru!!! They were wrong for putting us thru that at the last min!! Not sure why they are still allowed on Airbnb!!!”

“the tv by the pool isn’t working nor is there a remote. it’s actually visibly broken and that was the whole point of me booking. also the hot tub wasn’t hot”

“Wifi did not work our whole stay bathroom was not as clean as I would’ve expected an had a nasty rug in the living room that needs to be removed”
