The location of this property was the best part of the stay. It was very close to SeaWorld and only about 16 minutes from Universal Studios, making it convenient for visiting the parks. I’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and generally like the area. Unfortunately, the condition of the home was disappointing. Several bathroom door handles and one of the bedroom door handles were not properly attached. When you closed the door and then tried to open it, the entire handle would come off in your hand. This happened multiple times during our stay and should be repaired. The furniture throughout the home showed noticeable wear and tear. The dining room table had visible damage, and the foosball table was extremely unstable. The kids wanted to play with it, but it was so wobbly that it looked like it could tip over and injure someone. We were also surprised by some of the extra costs and lack of basic supplies. After booking, we were informed that pool heat would cost an additional $3

Nice house and neighborhood overall & house looks as pictured. However. Instructions with the correct address for check in wasn’t communicated thoroughly.

I don't know how this place had such good reviews. And the pictures hide much of what would have made most renters keep scrolling. Walking in the place has a musty smell. The pots, pans and baking dishes are all scratched up and worn down. Don't cook with them unless you're okay with the toxicity. The plastic utensils are so worn it's likely to leave microplastics in your food. The fridge was oddly placed, it was hard to use the freezer because the door butted right up against the wall. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was frightfully moldy and gross. The floors and kitchen counters are sticky. The sofas was worn out and carpets are dingy. The bed mattresses had zero support and need to be replaced. The bathroom toilets need to be repaired. This place could use a good cleaning and maintenance. The walk way bricks are a trip hazard and need to be repaired. It was so unfortunate. It would not take much to make one’s experience more pleasurable

I booked a six-night stay but left within a few hours. Shortly after 11 pm on my first evening, I observed a large pest in the bedroom. I reported the issue to the host immediately through the Airbnb platform and explained that I was uncomfortable remaining in the unit. I did not receive assistance that evening and ultimately secured alternative accommodations. When I returned the following day to retrieve my belongings, I documented additional pests and cleanliness concerns within the unit. The host later acknowledged the pest issue and offered to have pest control service the property. The location is convenient to San Marco, but my experience with the condition of the unit and the handling of the issue did not meet my expectations. Guests who are sensitive to pest or cleanliness concerns may wish to consider this when booking.

I wanted to love this place based on the reviews, but unfortunately I couldn’t. Check-in was very late, and although I informed the owner we’d be arriving early with a large group and 1-year-old twins, I only received a generic response. The place itself was nice, but the amenities were lacking. There were no face towels, and each bathroom only had one bath towel and one roll of toilet paper, which wasn’t enough for our group. It was also inconvenient that no food or grocery delivery services reached the address, and I was surprised there was an extra fee to use the BBQ grill. The pool was decent, but there were a lot of bugs, so the kids preferred the clubhouse pool instead. Overall, I’d recommend providing more toiletries and better kitchen supplies to make guests more comfortable.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The home was advertised as new, but it did not appear well maintained or properly cleaned upon arrival. The floors had not been mopped, the carpets were not vacuumed, and we found food crumbs and bugs throughout the home. The linens also did not seem clean. There were several maintenance issues as well. The master bedroom window was broken and would not close, causing love bugs to take over the room, and the shower door was off track. A staff member was sent to replace the linens and address concerns, but only changed the linens and took photos of the mess without cleaning it. We also requested a high chair ahead of time, but it was unavailable upon arrival. The pool was dirty with hair and bugs. The host was responsive and attentive, but the management/cleaning company did not seem to maintain the property properly. On a positive note, we loved the resort amenities, especially the kids’ splash pad and lazy river.

Overall the location did what we needed it to do. There was construction right outside and the pool was dirty. There was limited towels and no hand towel in the main floor bathroom. TP holder was falling off the wall too. Half way through the location had an exterior eastern grasshopper infestation. They were all over the outside walls, driveway and bushes. They got into the pool too. Bring your own toilet paper too as you only get a couple rolls for the stay. The location was easy to find and the clubhouse was nice. Main pool at clubhouse was clean and mini golf the kids loved. Don’t rule it out based on these things as I’m sure they will be rectified when you book, this was just our recent experience.

We booked this home because we loved the photos of the interior and believed it would be a great fit for our family stay. The first day we noticed it wasn’t very clean looked to be pooped smeared on the wall, bedrooms had things previous guests left behind children underwear, water bottles, all kinds of things, kitchen dishes were put away with food still on them. Yet our biggest problem with the infestation of German roaches we didn’t notice the first night because we ordered pizza for the kids and they went to bed but the next day we cooked and it seemed to bring them out. Notified the host set photos and they said thanks we are glad you are enjoying your stay. Waste of time they didn’t respond on the issue until I wrote them again before check out and then they said thanks for letting them know they will be sending out pest control. If we wouldn’t have lost out on the money paid we would’ve left and cancelled the rest of the stay but the host was not willing to accommodate.

I want to stay here again. It was very convenient for our Disney trip with our large family. Bedrooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms and space. However, we had a couple of issues during our stay that made it frustrating. First, the internet service went out our first night and was out for four whole days. The owner said it was a widespread problem but most of the responses were vague and unhelpful. Second, we never received the code to access the community pool. We asked for it, but got no response. Overall, those two issues, while incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, wouldn’t prevent us from considering to stay here again in the future.
