“We stayed a total of 5 days. Overall it was okay but definitely had some downsides. First the neighbors were extremely loud all weekend day and night. Second everything was threatened with a fine or fee of 500$. I’ve never had that happen before. Sneeze wrong 500$, tripped and broke something? 500$ wanna use the grill? 200$ wanna use the pool heater? 100$. Everything had a price tag on it. The ac was unable to be changed at all if it was to hot or cold to bad. The WiFi? Didn’t work. Lock code? Didn’t work had to contact host. The gates were a nightmare to get in and out of and instructions were unclear you can only use one gate In not both. Also if it even hints at raining they shut down the public pool area. We weren’t able to use that at all. Was the house cool? Yeah. Was it worth the hassle and money? No I don’t think so. It’s also pretty far from any of the parks around 45 minutes. Just be aware of these things before you book.”airbnb

“Our family and guests recently stayed at this beautiful 10-bedroom themed Airbnb, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The home was absolutely gorgeous and looked **exactly like the pictures advertised**. The themed rooms were beautifully designed, the entire property was exceptionally clean, and there was more than enough space to comfortably accommodate everyone in our group. The property was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and managed very well. Everything about the home itself met our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. My only disappointment was the lack of transparency regarding certain amenities and their additional costs. We were not informed until approximately **48 hours before our arrival** that using the outdoor grill and grilling equipment would cost an additional **$100 per day**. We were also informed at that time that the jacuzzi was not automatically heated and would require an additional $45 fee to have the heating activated.”airbnb

“The home had several safety issues primarily in the monsters inc playroom. The ball pit dunk tank is a literal death trap. My 8yr old son sliced his arm open on it & we are lucky it didn’t internally decapitate him. The green decorative SOLID WOOD door on the wall in the playroom literally fell onto my son as well, all he did was touch it. It was never attached to the wall properly like many other things. Several rooms had issues with wiring showing in unsafe areas for children. There are sharp unfinished edges in most of the kids bedrooms & playrooms & also the movie theatre. The decorations were beautiful but this home is an absolute safety risk & we had to leave within 2hrs of checking in out of pure fear for our children. Great concept but absolutely poor execution. I begged them to call me & they didn’t. I contacted air bnb & they moved us due to safety reasons. I’m so shocked it’s listed again just 3 days later. Shame on them & air bnb for putting innocent children at risk.”airbnb

“Overall, the experience was good based on the location, the house being new, and the on-site pool. The biggest concern was when it came to communication, we received automated responses, but was never talking directly to the owner. We requested an early check-in and was told that we could not do that due to the cleaning company may not be finished yet. When we checked in the floors were dirty, had not been mopped and there was other spiderwebs/insect issues so therefore we could have checked in early. We were also told at the end of our trip that we could request a late checkout as long as there was no one scheduled to take the property within 24 hours. I checked on the website and seen that there was no one checking in after us, but we were the declined a late checkout. However, when I asked online if I could pay for an additional day, they said the property was available and that I could extend my stay online.”airbnb

“We had a few issues with our stay but Bruce replied in a timely manner and made sure the issues we had were handled every time. Other than the problems we experienced it’s a beautiful home and looks like the pictures. Spacious and nice. With traffic it did take us about an hour and a half if not longer to get from the Universal and Disney area.”airbnb
