“Clean but a few issues affected my overall experience. The bedroom had only one electrical outlet, I needed an extension cord to utilize my CPAP machine, phone, etc. The shower had virtually no water pressure, the old shower knobs were flaking. The grab bar inside the shower were rusty. The property is an older quad-style home sound traveled between units. When other residents entered through the back entrance, it sounded as though they were coming directly into my unit. Footsteps from upstair units after 12AM. This ground floor unit needs better window coverings in the bedroom for privacy. Owners use a 3rd-party concierge service & before I could receive the entry code, I was required to pay a damage deposit that was not listed in the Airbnb information. Overall adequate for the short time I stayed & I appreciated the cleanliness & responsive concierge service. Given the issues with the shower, outlet, noise, privacy and unexpected damage deposit not sure I would book again.”

“This was a scam. They wouldn’t give me the code until I went to a separate website and paid a deposit. Had to get Airbnb involved because this is illegal! You can do additional verification and demand an additional deposit!! This is scam behavior!!! Beware!! External websites are ILLEGAL!!! Airbnb is the only site you are supposed to do verification and any money deals thru!!! They were wrong for putting us thru that at the last min!! Not sure why they are still allowed on Airbnb!!!”

“Overall, my stay was just okay due to several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and experience. Throughout my visit, there was excessive noise from other guests, including loud stomping and the use of power tools late into the night, making it difficult to rest. There was also frequent cigarette smoke in the building, which was unpleasant, particularly if you’re expecting a smoke-free environment. I was also concerned that other tenants repeatedly left the property unlocked, which raised legitimate security concerns. In addition, there was a barking dog on the property despite the stated policies, and some interactions with other guests felt discourteous. The to be fair the accommodations and location themselves were acceptable, but the overall environment did not reflect the peaceful and secure stay I expected based on the listing. I believe the hosts would benefit from more actively enforcing house rules and addressing disturbances when they arise.”

“The big upside was the broken AC. When the AC was on when we arrived it was stuck at 81 and wouldn’t go down. Technician came in the next day, but thermostat indicates that the temperature stayed at 79-81. Fairly good spot if the AC gets fixed, but as of right now, I cannot recommend it to anyone.”

“I don't know how this place had such good reviews. And the pictures hide much of what would have made most renters keep scrolling. Walking in the place has a musty smell. The pots, pans and baking dishes are all scratched up and worn down. Don't cook with them unless you're okay with the toxicity. The plastic utensils are so worn it's likely to leave microplastics in your food. The fridge was oddly placed, it was hard to use the freezer because the door butted right up against the wall. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was frightfully moldy and gross. The floors and kitchen counters are sticky. The sofas was worn out and carpets are dingy. The bed mattresses had zero support and need to be replaced. The bathroom toilets need to be repaired. This place could use a good cleaning and maintenance. The walk way bricks are a trip hazard and need to be repaired. It was so unfortunate. It would not take much to make one’s experience more pleasurable”
