Joesph Ellen Properties reviews in Orlando, Florida

“The house has so much potential, but it was filthy. And smelt of cigarettes upstairs. Signs up everywhere to say you’d be charged if damage was done. And there was already damage. Dirty clothes in the child’s bedroom and cleaner was still there when we arrived at check in”

“The Good The rooms are and bathrooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable and most importantly, clean linens! The Better The highlight for the children was definitely the game room. Neighborhood is 15 mins from everything, quiet and easy to come and go. The Best The living room/kitchen/pool access for the home made it so convenient to stay in one spot and watch the kids while adults can sit back and relax. Themed rooms are just the best. So cute! Feedback We had two issues during our stay which would not have been an issue had I not confirmed with them 2x before checkin. We had asked for a crib at 4pm, it was delivered past midnight. Not ideal for a home with sleeping kids and a very cranky toddler that needs a bed to sleep. 2 of the arcade games were not working despite asking to ensure functionality before we checked in Finding items was a bit difficult. It would be nice to have a guide on where to find everything when you enter. Overall had a great time! Thank you!”

“Overall, the house was nice and worked well for our family, but there were several frustrating issues. The game room remotes didn't have working batteries, so we had to buy our own. The front door lock malfunctioned the entire stay and constantly beeped, and the smoke alarms also kept going off. The Wi-Fi didn't work & when I asked the host, no one could come fix it for over a day after we reported it. We were also required to take the trash out every day using specific-sized garbage bags or risk being fined, yet no garbage bags were provided, even after I looked under the kitchen where the bags where supposed to be. These issues made the stay much less enjoyable than it should have been. With better maintenance & communication, this could be a great place to stay.”

“the tv by the pool isn’t working nor is there a remote. it’s actually visibly broken and that was the whole point of me booking. also the hot tub wasn’t hot”

“Wifi did not work our whole stay bathroom was not as clean as I would’ve expected an had a nasty rug in the living room that needs to be removed”
