“We stayed here with a group of 12 women to celebrate a wedding. The house overall was really nice and many things were provided. There were some loose boards at the top of the spiral staircase, and when walking out on the deck, the floorboards would give a bit under your feet. The trash policy is very strict, you can only leave 2 bags of trash from an 8 bedroom house. We made multiple trips to the dump but left on a day the dump was closed and had to figure out how else to dispose our trash without traveling in the car with it for three hours. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed it!”

“After the reservation is confirmed, you have to go to a separate portal to sign another agreement with a management company, after they already charged the card. Still not done, then you must have a phone call with the management company. You’re then sent pages and pages of rules with lots of threats and exclamation points about fees, etc if everything isn’t left just so. Started immediately getting spam emails about how it’s less expensive to book with the management company instead of AirBnB. It was expensive for what you get. And we found a cigarette butt under the bed. So much for all of those rules and exclamation points.”

“A great place for a big family! We were in for a wedding and had family from out of town stay with us. Great spaces to visit with everyone!”

“We rented the cabin during our stay for our son’s wedding. The location was a perfect spot between the local high country “tourist” attractions and the wedding venue. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable for our entire party. The views from the deck were gorgeous and we really enjoyed watching the local wildlife in the morning while drinking our coffee. We would definitely visit here again!”

“The house itself was nice and comfortable. No complaints about the house. But the management company was very disappointing. I asked about a Christmas tree when booking, then again before arrival, and kept getting different, confusing answers. If the answer was simply “no,” it should have been said clearly from the start. Communication felt cold and unhelpful, like they just wanted the conversation to end. We arrived at midnight and there was no shower gel, no soap, and almost no trash bags. For this price, that feels unacceptable. Overall: good house, bad management.”
