“We enjoyed the house and our stay. High Mountain Cabin Rentals was very helpful and responsive. We had a water issue and they were on it immediately. It only took a short time to resolve and all was good. The house was lovely and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable! The steps to the downstairs did not have a rail and that made it difficult for our older folks, but others did not have a problem. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and the whole house, especially the outdoor spaces were lovely.”

“Firefly Farmhouse was the perfect place for our family to stay! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds & game room downstairs, & we all loved the deck with the large TV. Great place for stargazing!”

“We stayed here with a group of 12 women to celebrate a wedding. The house overall was really nice and many things were provided. There were some loose boards at the top of the spiral staircase, and when walking out on the deck, the floorboards would give a bit under your feet. The trash policy is very strict, you can only leave 2 bags of trash from an 8 bedroom house. We made multiple trips to the dump but left on a day the dump was closed and had to figure out how else to dispose our trash without traveling in the car with it for three hours. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed it!”

“We rented the cabin during our stay for our son’s wedding. The location was a perfect spot between the local high country “tourist” attractions and the wedding venue. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable for our entire party. The views from the deck were gorgeous and we really enjoyed watching the local wildlife in the morning while drinking our coffee. We would definitely visit here again!”

“This home is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for our small intimate wedding! It held everyone we needed there & we were able to spend the whole weekend together. The pictures do not do it justice, there is so MUCH space. & all the games & movies were an added bonus.”
