“The home itself was very spacious in common areas, loved that there were three bathrooms and very homey feel. The gardens were beautiful to enjoy in the morning with a cup of tea. The location is a beautiful drive throughout east Hawai’i, about 30min from Hilo airport, 15min to Kehena black sand beach, 45min to volcano national park and a very nice grocery store nearby! Check-in and communication with property management was very seamless. Would definitely stay here again!!!”

“I really enjoyed my stay here! It is a beautiful and clean condo right on the water. It does not directly face the sun for sunrise/sunset but it is still pleasant to sit on the lanai to watch. I was surprised there were even a few restaurants in walking distance. Long stretch of beach is only a few min walk away. The location is very central and easy to get to Kīhei, Wailuku, upcountry and Lahaina. Even though there’s no AC in the bedroom it was still pleasant to sleep. Robert is an excellent and very responsive host. Would definitely book with him again.”

“Beautiful ocean view but home needs work. Quiet. Space for 8 of us. Walkable to good snorkeling. Friendly host responsive and communicated promptly and easily, very accommodating. Home is not luxury. Lot of deferred maintenance. Downstairs apartment is moldy and smells, we felt badly for the family members who stayed down there. Sheets upstairs were stained. Shutters downstairs were broken. Air conditioning remote control didn’t work in the master bedroom, instructions didn’t help, had to stand on the bed and use a trekking pole to open the cover, up high, and toggle the emergency off switch. Shower doors didn’t close. Patio furniture cushions stained. Front steps are broken and rotting. If it were just the 2 of us, we’d stay here again for the view and peaceful setting, but it pains us to see such a beautiful location suffer from such a lack of care and maintenance. We wouldn’t host others here again. We hope the owner will invest a bit in maintenance and care of this property.”

“The rental is exactly as pictured! It’s in a gorgeous area and just one mile from the beach and surrounding shops/restaurants. Check in was easy, and the house was super clean and organized. We would definitely book again.”

“Lisa's place is wonderful, way better even than the photos show. Amazing wrap around deck with an ocean view and great beach access steps away. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great, there's plenty of hot water, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The location is both super convenient for all North Shore adventures and out of the traffic. Lisa instantly responded to the members of our group who wanted more information, although everything she provided in advance was more than enough. We were so happy here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks Lisa for hosting.”

“Stunning views, spacious and immaculate house, perfect location! We celebrated two milestone birthdays during our vacation, and this was an ideal house for it with plenty of room for 7 of us (all adults). The hosts were very responsive, and their suggestion of trying their favorite beach, Airport Beach, was a highlight that we all loved, including snorkeling with a giant sea turtle. Highly recommend a stay here!!”
