“While the home itself is beautiful, this was by far the worst-maintained Airbnb we’ve stayed at across dozens of properties. For $30,000 a month, we expected luxury, but it’s clear the house hasn’t been properly maintained in years. It feels like guests just cycle through with zero care from the host. There was no toilet paper, no soap in the showers, no coffee, no dishwasher fluid, and not even any cleaning supplies to clean up messes. Every sink was clogged, the hot tub cover was broken, and we dealt with a persistent cockroach infestation in the lanai and hot tub. The host promised pest control, but the issue remained. The cabinets were filled with years-expired condiments. We had to make multiple stock runs just to make the place livable. Extremely disappointing”

“Unit 1905 was a very pleasant place to spend the month of March...even with the storms that were experienced at that time! The unit is beautifully appointed, the view endless and the building's location and accessibility perfect. The one thing I did find almost unmanageable was the bath/shower arrangement. I am a senior and with limited agility, so entering and exiting the tub was a challenge. I am not sure how this could be remedied (other than a complete remodel) but, somehow the renter should be apprised of this. (Yes, there are photos but one cannot imagine the depth of the tub or the entry, etc.)”

“This is a beautiful apartment in an amazing building. The amenities at the building were very good. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. We walked or took thr bus just about everywhere, so the location was very convenient.”

“An ideal venue for a couples or family vacation. Extremely well appointed, clean and equipped, with a friendly and responsive staff. Park Lane offers a beautiful and secure environment, located within 5-30 minutes walk to almost anything you might want to do or see in Waikiki or Waikiki Beach. On the night of our arrival we woke to the sound of water dripping from the shower room in the master bath! Someone two floors above had left a bathtub running and it overflowed for hours! Thanks to the responsive staff, the property agent, Airbnb and owners, what might have been a disaster turned out to be a great and relaxing vacation. The problems that arose were all addressed and taken care of expeditiously. In addition to the world class fixtures and appliances, special features of 3300 Park Lane are its private hot tub and a wonderful view across the park to the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking another holiday at this location.”
