“We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is spacious and well-furnished for our needs. The various spaces in the home -- the main home, plus the upstairs apartment and the separate bungalow worked out perfectly for our extended family & friends. My only complaint is that the home wasn't really wasn't designed to maximize air flow or cooling. The beautiful deck gets plenty of cool ocean air and the master bedroom gets the full advantage of this. The rest of the home, the 2nd bedroom in particular, really don't get as much airflow as they should, even with the windows and doors wide open. The upstairs apartment and bungalow both get very warm and just don't cool off until long after dark. Higher quality fans that are less noisy and move more air would be nice in these areas. We had a minor service issue with the kitchen sink during our stay and it was repaired promptly. Communication with our host was excellent. I'd stay again, but maybe during winter when it is cooler.”

It’s a good, safe, and central home base which makes it so easy to explore all parts of the island without spending too much time on the road. It allowed us to get a good experience of what Kauai has to offer. The place itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything in it felt very thoughtful and intentional. It’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable space for their guests. Would gladly stay here again in our next visit to the island! “I’m am writing this in My notes on my phone 3 days before we are even leaving because it is simply that great! To be clear, this is a condominium complex, not a true resort, but we always prefer condos to hotel rooms so that’s why I went this route. This condo is VERY well provisioned for people who love to cook, like us! Great knives, cookware and other kitchen accessories! Plentiful towels, pillows, sheets and an extra blanket. The drain in the bathtub in one of the bathrooms wouldn’t close, but we didn’t mind because both bathrooms have great tubs! The beds were very comfortable! The view is more of a “garden view” but I prefer that to the pool view (way less noise!) you can still hear the waves from the condo :) the pool and grounds and stunningly kept and having direct beach access is a solid plus! The beach is gorgeous (this is a volcanic rock island beach so don’t be a grouch about it having rocks). We got to see two seals lapping up the luxurious sun on the beach here! If you”
