“Found the property easily and was well described. 2 car garage was perfect for our cars-kept them out of the heat of summer. All of the furniture was comfortable including the beds. Kitchen was stocked with the necessities. Did have 4 golf balls visit us-1 hit house and made quite a noise. Did have issues getting in with garage code.”

“Great location. Perfect amenities for our purposes. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed—one air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and sounds as if it is ready to die. When reported,no action was taken. Additionally, there is puddling by the stairs leading to the pool waterfall feature indicating a leak. It takes an inordinate amount of time to get hot water to the kitchen and main bathroom. Some of the instructions for the house are contradictory, and therefore confusing. And one little thing—the ice drawer in the freezer is broken. That being said, this place was perfect for our needs. I cannot stress that enough.”

“Overall, this place was just what our family needed for a getaway. We saw elk in the yard every morning and it was very close to everything We love about Fine and Strawberry. Great spot for my family of 4! The hosts were extremely slow to respond, and just sent the automated messages you can set up with Airbnb. After they sent an automated message to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything, I asked a question about a broken appliance and never even received a response and it doesn’t seem like they read the message. Check out instructions were also clearly copy paste it from a different property because they referenced things like a dishwasher which this house did not have. Overall though it like pleasant experience that we would consider staying again, just wishing the hosts would have been slightly more responsive.”

“Don’t know if the cleaners were having a bad day but when we got there, went to sit on the couch and there a bag of laundry behind a pillow. Some of the tv remotes did not have batteries. The microwave and stove top still have food from previous guest. Also not all lamps were plugged in? Random wrong stuff. But the location was perfect for the beach and everything close by.”

“This air rental the house itself was fine. It was clean inside. My only complaint is the amount of roaches outside . From your car to the front door every night for a week we would see from 2 to 5 Roaches a night. We wouldn’t even take the trash out because there were so many roaches. We will not put our bags down and just walking over to the car from the front door we were afraid that a roach might run over a Shoes or you might hear a crunch from stepping on one 🤢 . The next evening they asked how the stay was and I told them about the Roaches they just told me they have routine pest control but never sent any one to spray. I talked to them again the following week and they said they would send somebody out literally on the day we Checked out…🙄 Long story, short don't stay here at The Roach Motel!”

“My experience in a disgusting host property from the popular platform. I had to abruptly vacate the property I was in because I was disgusted by a 3 Roaches, 2 room experience. I could not eat in the kitchen because I encountered more than one Roach in the kitchen. I could not take a shower, because I encountered a Roach near the shower. And I was afraid to sleep in their bed for fear of Roaches possibly crawling on the bed. This was allegedly a Roach infested property. My experience was 3 Roaches in 2 Rooms. I encountered 3 Roaches in a period of 3 hours, a rate of 1 Roach per hour. After leaving the property and complaining about my disturbing and horrifying experience. This disgusting host allegedly took an elitist perspective and position regarding the matter. Absolutely refusing to fully refund me for the reservation. This was absolutely not a clean, sanitary, or vermin-free environment. This was not an elite vacation or an elite experience. Memory, 3 roaches per hour.”

“Beautiful home with a stunning first impression, but it did not feel maintained to the standard expected for a premium property. Several maintenance and functionality issues made the overall experience disappointing for the price point.”

“Wrong code to get in the property upon entry and it was changed each day without our knowledge. WiFi was spotty. Difficult to navigate the Roku TV app. Bees in the garage. BBQ was unsafe because of the excess of grease on the burners. Hot tub was non operational. Alot of police activity in the area each day.”

“Our code didn't work. Took about 15 min to get in. They want to charge you to checkin early, even though condo might be ready. Most Air BnB's will let you checkin early if condo is ready. For free. The furnishings were nice and beds comfortable. The place is super old. Maybe built in the 60's or 70's. The ac and heat is very loud when it comes on. We stayed in February. Prices high for what you get.”

“This is a great rental but the entry was confusing, keys were not present—had to call customer service. Someone’s toenails (large ones) were near bed and the pillows are so skinny why bother. The size, location and amenities made up for it.”
