“Great stay in a great location! One of my favorite stays so far!”

“We stayed here when we came in town with family for a wedding. It had great accommodations for our stay with multiple families. The kitchen had what we needed to make and serve family dinners. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed using the beach toys and boogie boards. I liked that the beach chairs had straps so you could carry them like a backpack to the beach. The way we walked did have us cross A1A, but it never took more than a minute for there to be a break in traffic large enough to safely walk across. Most rooms require going up a flight of stairs or two, and there are a couple steps up to the room in the basement. The staircases do have sturdy railings the whole way up, so even great grandma was able to navigate them. We enjoyed the pool table and basketball game in the basement, but the garage was definitely warm. The bedroom off of the basement has AC, but the garage does not. We had a great time, and everyone commented on how beautiful the place was.”

“This home was truly beautiful and the perfect setup for a group of friends getting together. We loved all the space and the decor, the rooms and private bathrooms, and the walkable location next to the beach. In our communications with the owner, they were very kind and respectful! I am giving this review four stars due to two issues we ran into that were left unresolved. Initially we noticed that the glass door in the kitchen was unlocked and the latch was broken. There was a wooden dowel in the track of the door to keep it from opening fully. The dowel did its job, but you could still open the door a bit. We reached out about this and were told that the dowel is serving as the lock. That just didn’t feel safe to us and as four women staying there. We went to use the hot tub one night and found that it would only heat up to 90 degrees. We reached out and again were not given any sort of resolution. If these issues were resolved I would absolutely recommend this location.”

“The stay was comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the downstairs air conditioning. It took a day to get air conditioning to be fixed. Also we were not notified that the pool was going to be treated that prevented us from using the pool one of the days. Other than those two issues the location, cleanliness, and accommodations were great.”

“Black out shades would be nice. Let renters know when services come by for the spa and grounds. Filter in refrigerator needs to be changed.”

“Cleaning crew showed up before 11 and I had to rush out of the house. Beautiful home in Chandler. While the kitchen has all appliances, there was not any condiments, salt, oil, or spices. I did find some pepper though. They had a salt shaker but it was empty.”

“This house and property is great.The location the back yard is exactly as pictured. Overall a good spot. I did have an issue with the management and the pontoon boat not being available after I booked it for maintenance reason. This was a major reason I chose this property but they did refund my deposit on the boat with an apology and offered us a gift to make it up to us that never arrived.”

“Home was clean and spacious. We were disappointed due to we had no electric for a day and a half and before our trip I had asked if there would be any problems with the stay due to the fire that is happening so we could reschedule or cancel the trip in general. We were advised that there was not going to be any problems due to the fire was not close however when the electric went off we tried communicating regarding the issue and got no response back since Saturday only later to find out that our 2 friends received an advanced notice of the area that APS was scheduling the cut off of electricity regarding the fire which one of our friends was effected and the other was not. So the miscommunication there was so shady and bad. We was not able to use the sauna nor the jacuzzi and went grocery shopping to end up having to throw a bunch of our groceries away due to it got spoiled. The windows did not open like normal window so sleeping was rough with no ac. Not worth it”

“We had a terrible experience at this property and left shortly after check-in due to several serious issues. Upon arrival, we found a live scorpion in one bedroom which was especially concerning while traveling with young children. We also noticed live wet mold all around hot tub and every single bathroom, stains on furniture, spider webs in and out, excessive dog hair on rugs, bird droppings on the patio, and signs that the property had not been properly cleaned or maintained. In addition, 6 exterior cameras facing the private pool and spa, which was undisclosed in the listing. We reported these issues immediately and requested to cancel. After 2-3 hours wait, the host finally replied, refused refund with the reason: “Arizona is home to scorpions”! Airbnb ultimately had to intervene to cancel. The experience was stressful and forced us to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.”
