“We checked in late after dark. Using the keypad in the dark was a little difficult but i was able to google the phone number and they tried to walk me through it. I just needed a flashlight. The location was absolutely perfect, up in the hills overlooking the valley, always a nice breeze. It was so close to Pine but still felt like you were far away from everything. The beds were very comfortable and there were ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The chairs on the deck were very comfortable, you could almost sleep there. Lots of birds early in the morning at the bird feeder. We always bring our own cast iron pan since all the pans are usually teflon, as was the case here. At least, there was one stainless steel large pot.”

“Overall, this place was just what our family needed for a getaway. We saw elk in the yard every morning and it was very close to everything We love about Fine and Strawberry. Great spot for my family of 4! The hosts were extremely slow to respond, and just sent the automated messages you can set up with Airbnb. After they sent an automated message to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything, I asked a question about a broken appliance and never even received a response and it doesn’t seem like they read the message. Check out instructions were also clearly copy paste it from a different property because they referenced things like a dishwasher which this house did not have. Overall though it like pleasant experience that we would consider staying again, just wishing the hosts would have been slightly more responsive.”

“We booked a trip on a whim, and so glad we did! This property is better than photos! The location is incredible especially for bird watching & star gazing at night. The beds were very comfortable & the stocked kitchen was so nice! The welcome snacks were an added treat! The upstairs loft was our kids favorite place ! We loved walking around the loop of the neighborhood & all the elk & deer in Pine. Very relaxing! We will be back ! Thank you so much !”

“Awesome rental. The main bedroom mattress was a little firm. The views were amazing. Would have liked to have had a small area fenced in for our furbaby to do their business in.”
