“House was great! The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, every utensil you needed and dishes/cups. Every room had plenty of towels. There was an endless supply of beach towels, pool toys, etc. We didn't need to purchase anything it was all there. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend !”

“Stay was great, Views on the water are awesome. We stayed in phoenix apparently in the hottest weekend of the year, but house was fresh and pool cooled us off at night. Will come back and stay again, location was great, First Watch, our favorite breakfast restaurant when we visit was right across the street.”

“The air conditioner did not work sufficiently to cool the house during summer weather. Four hours after checking in, we had to try to go to sleep with the temperature at 82-84 in several bedrooms. The thermostat was set to 70 but the house was only cooled to 79 in the central hallway at the thermostat and significantly hotter in the rooms. The host attempted to improve the situation by bringing two portable window units the next day. However, the thermostat showed the coolest part of the house was only down to 77 by 10pm that night, though it was set to cool to 70. Sleeping in the heat was uncomfortable both nights and detracted from the entire weekend when we had hoped to celebrate my son's wedding with family who traveled from out of state to share the house with us. Daytime temps in the house were even more unbearable. One of the bedrooms with a king bed was actually a converted garage which was poorly insulated and would not cool down. An exterior door was screwed shut.”
