It was very much as described. Beds were clean and bathroom was clean. Both TVs worked and the remote worked. . Kitchen had the basics to use. With the parking garage being across the street, it’s still very easy to come and go and many trolleys available and parking for getting things up and down. All staff were polite. I will have to say ONLY about the Place itself is that the slide is only open for a few hours if they have someone to supervise for an hour to two at a time in the morning. The rest of the day it’s closed. I would say the price is fair based on location and pools.

Enjoyed the lazy river and pools and easy access to the beach. Would have loved to have a dish brush and even a little laundry detergent to start. Everything was clean except the floors that left our feet looking black when walking on them barefoot. Loved the view and the space! We only got our towels replenished once so that was a bummer. It would have been nice to have a little better stocked kitchen with basics like salt and pepper and dish soap, and maybe a few extra coffee filters. It was helpful that it was very close to Walmart. Don’t go during Memorial Day weekend/biker week! It was so frustrating trying to drive around because all of the side street access points were closed. There were a few nights where the people at the pool had their music so loud that we could hear it inside our rooms. Overall it was a great stay, just wish we had gone a different week!

The location and all the amenities included were amazing. Outside of our room we enjoyed everything about the resort. The actual room was super hot, we called the front desk about it multiple times and they never sent anyone to fix it. There were also roaches in our room, in the kitchen and bathroom. Even seen a couple in the actual rooms. Very disgusting.

Pros • Room looks as pictured • Staff was very friendly • Housekeeping was on point • Maintenance/response time was very quick and helpful Cons • In my opinion, the stay was overpriced for what was provided • Only one pot and one skillet provided • No essentials provided • No washer/dryer • No dish soap or sponges • Three beds but no extra bedding for the couch bed or wall bed In order to use the two beds in the living room you had to stack furniture as there isn’t sideways space with furniture to open beds, no space to move around at all scraped and bruised my leg trying to squeeze through to patio. • The layout is extremely cramped — we had to stack furniture just to open the wall bed and couch bed • Furniture placement does not fit the space well; I scraped and bruised my leg trying to get through to the patio • TVs are very small and do not have apps available • They never brought a kitchen kit even after I requested it twice

Very nice place on the beach. Only issue was having to wait to check in. It stated 4pm and we did not get ti check in until almost 5.

Great and a quiet place to stay. Getting there can get busy during holiday seasons. Customer service can take a while to fulfill your request. Some appliances are a little old.

House reserved was not the house we got. House we got was okay but visible living damage & stains on carpets & furniture, which I found interesting to see since they require a hefty deposit for damages. Beds are HORRIBLE & hard & uncomfortable, I literally had to spend my vacation on a couch!!. Blankets are thin. Kitchen not “fully stocked” for usage. Maintenance staff & lawn folks just walk in & onto property without your approval. My kids were in the backyard by the pool when a random stranger just appeared in the backyard to do lawn maintenance. Had to kill a dozen giant water bug roaches, due to excessive mulching maybe, but still gross to deal with in a house that costs this much & on a resort with so many fees & rules. Door alarm is excessive & loud & comes with zero warning or instruction. Resort pools were fun, WAY overpriced for drinks, $43 for a drink in a pineapple cup! It was a quiet community but I don’t think it was worth the price paid, or to leave unrested.
