“The condo has great views and overall a great layout. The furnishings are dated. Bath tub with rusted spot. Extremely loud dryer that seems to be somewhat unsafe (based on Chat GPT). The management company that was used for the Airbnb defaults to call the front desk rather then using the ease of the Portillo that Airbnb has established. The AC wa spit for 18 hours. There weren’t enough cooking utensils to properly cook a meal with multiple dishes. Shortage of pots and pans. There were some but seem to be extremely used and replaced many years ago. The TV in the master bedroom is connected to the wrong outlets and is set with the side lamp tables beside the bed. I complained about this and never heard of anything and had to figure it out myself on the last night. Overall what we paid for the place and the we were happy with the layout, condo space, view and location. However the responsive of the management company was slow and the overall condition of the condo has some age.”

“We had several issues while we were there. The icemaker wouldn’t work in the refrigerator and we had to call down for ice on multiple occasions. Multiple times the employees forgot or did not bring the ice up in a timely manner. One point there was a issue with the door hinge and we had called at 5 PM and no one came up as of 9 PM. We ended up having to call again and the maintenance wanted to come the next day. We spent most of the afternoon waiting around for them to come to the room.”

“Very beautiful place and apartment with plenty of room and available amenities. Easy access to ocean and easy to get to room. Some staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in process was confusing and the check in guy was not helpful at all. Asking multiple times for my ID is ridiculous especially after I had paid and given my id to be scaned. One employee told me the grill closed at 7 and when me and my family went to eat was closed at 515 which caused us to have to door dash food so we could eat on our last day which wasnt appreciated.”

“Well the location was great, close to beach and lots of restaurants HOWEVER we were not happy with the amount of roaches and bugs inside the house I mean it was plentiful ( my oldest killed 3 and I killed 2 myself ) many got away. The sliding back patio door did not lock which was unsettling. My kids had fun at the beach and pool so we made the best of our stay as much as possible. I would not book again for a house we would at the towers as we have done in the past.”

“This place was very nice! The pool was a plus for the kids. They spent a majority of time playing and making memories in the water. The restaurants were good and were within a very close distance of the house. My only complaint was when we arrived and went upstairs we noticed the grate for the air filter in the ceiling was hanging and that the remote in the master bedroom would not control the sound to the tv. We contacted someone up front and they notified us that someone would be there shortly but they never came. Overall this house and neighborhood was clean, spacious and created a good memory for my family.”
