“This angle Ocean view condo is spacious, very comfortable beds, has a nice size balcony and sitting area along with a fully equip kitchen. It definitely some things that needed to be looked into such as holy and stained sheets, front desk customer service, housekeeping just right walking in, not nearly enough sheets and blankets for eight people. there wasn't even a set for the sofa bed. most importantly and the reason we rented this particular unit was the on-site kids water park and it was closed during our 3-day stay .I had to walk past it daily with my grandchildren to get to the other water amenities. The ones that were open were maintained well however we should have been notified that the water park was not open during our stay. The televisions were also a mess. That really wasn't an issue for us since we don't use them a lot on vacation however if you do be prepared to work hard to get anything to on”

“It was ok. I gave us what we needed. However, it wasn’t stated that one of the rooms was in a separate unit. As soon as we walked into the separate unit we were instantly hit with mildew smell. The hot water didn’t work for the first day. We had small kids. Overall, it gave us what we needed, but needs to be updated and refreshed. Definitely didn’t feel as clean as I had hoped.”

“Definitely not worth the price that was paid. Pictures online were deceiving. Had to call maintenance several times because the air conditioning wasn’t working, a couple of maintenance guys came to “fix” the ac but it wasn’t working. Elevators didn’t work or were taking an outrageous amount of time to work. Security needs training or specific rules to go by when checking rooms for smoking. Maybe have the workers also follow the policy about not smoking on the premises.”

“Was not expecting to move to another location, and at the new location my rooms was separated it was told that we had to make $100 security, deposit for each room in the rooms the TV's was barely working, towels was dingie, bugs in the rooms bugs at the pool, remotes not working No blankets was in the room for the pull out beds. Not that many pots to cook in, beds was squeaking like when you sit on them, iron was mess up. Just not what I expected when I was moved to another location, and the location was Caribbean resorts & village”

“I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness. There were cockroaches both alive and dead. There was trash under the bed. There were also several things not working correctly from a couple of the remotes, lamps and the stove/oven cooked uneven. You couldn’t turn the temperature past 350 on the oven. Two of the electrical outlets sparked when we plugged things in. Because our stay was short, I reached out after check out to let them know. Basically, they said I should have let the front desk know. Once again I told them I didn’t want anyone in the room because they were not quick fixes and we were not there long. These things could be addressed after we left. For the price I paid, it should have been in better shape.”
