“We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had and offered suggestions of things to do on rainy days. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked! Neat wildlife and water view! Plenty of books and puzzles and games.”

“The house was beautiful and adorable. It was very clean and we felt right at home. It had everything we could have needed. We loved the big windows and natural lighting the space had to offer. Black out curtains made it easy to sleep. The bathroom floors were heated and wonderful. There were many games available to play. The space is pleasantly secluded behind a recreation field for ultimate privacy. Hosts were kind and checked in on us. I wish it was a tiny bit closer to Acadia because there isn’t a whole lot to do right around the house (at least in the fall, I’m sure summer is busier) but I would absolutely stay here again if we come back.”

“Was nestled in a very private area, and peaceful. The beach access at low tide next to the home had starfish, hermit crabs, crabs, and snails which are boys loved searching and looking at (We easily seen over 100 starfish). We had stopped at other tidepool areas in Acadia Park, and along coast, but none compared with the number of creatures we saw right next to this beautiful little house on the water.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Zephfir House! The house is tucked away from the main road, so you feel completely private and surrounded by beautiful trees. It’s very quiet, with comfortable beds and a great central air system. We cooked throughout our stay, and the kitchen was perfect. There’s a Hannaford grocery store and the Blue Hill Co-op about a 15-minute drive from the house, which was very convenient. We were visiting Maine to explore Acadia National Park (about an hour away), but the town and nearby areas also offer beautiful nature, trails, ocean views, and plenty of activities. We used the wood fire one night and enjoyed the beautiful night sky full of stars. The house is modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. We enjoyed staying in the house just as much as exploring the Maine coastline. Communication with Chelsea and Breada was excellent!! They provided so much helpful information before our trip. I highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay here again!”

“Magical is the best word to describe our experience at King's Point cottage. Every single day we encountered nature at its most amazing - all from the deck just outside the kitchen: sunrises, sunsets, tidal waters, fresh pines, seals, osprey, eagles, herons (and many other waterfowl) and loons. The loons called to us to start our days and called again as the sun set to move into quiet. The cottage was well appointed - everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, cozy (in a good way). Hiking trails nearby in Blue Hill and Deer Isle were easily accessible (and beautiful). Our hosts were responsive and clear in communications. Five stars all the way around. Would rent this cottage again (but hopefully for a longer stay).”
