“It was a very nice place for a weekend getaway. There host was very responsive and quickly solved the one issue I had.”

“This house was beautiful and my family enjoyed staying here. The only issues we had were the front door was completely unlocked and wide open when we got there, which freaked us out. But the hosts were very responsive and provided us with reassurance that it was likely not latching completely and the wind blew it open. Then the washer did not work and got my clothes stuck in there for about 24 hours. The hosts were again responsive and very apologetic. We were not able to get a working washer during our 5 day stay, but they did reimburse us for the inconvenience. Overall we loved this house and will definitely be booking again in future years! Very clean, house looked like pictures. Hosts were very responsive and helpful”

“Tree House at Okemo was wonderful. Plenty of space so all 16 of us were comfortable no matter where we were. The response time from home away was inconsistent and a bit confusing. For example, we asked for early check in and the code to get in. One response was that I needed to sign the rental agreement for the code but I had already done that. Then another response acknowledged the signed agreement and ok to check in early; then a third response asked for the signed agreement again for the code and a 4pm (normal) check-in time. Regardless, the house was very spacious, clean and exactly what we were looking for. Only friendly comment would be a recommendation to change out the shower heads and curtain/liners and add a few extra trash bags and hand towels. Beds were delightful.”

“Televisions were tough to navigate and would have liked more cleaning supplies but the house was phenomenal and so fun to stay at!”
