“We came to town for a family emergency and needed a place to have family gather and for 5 people to sleep. This townhome is in close proximity to the Pearl and across the street from a police station. Big indoor gathering spaces (living/kitchen/large island) for an extended family dinner, separate 3rd floor loft and additional bedroom/bath was fun for our teens. Primary bedroom/bath on 2nd floor also housed a large closet for storage (with playpen inside, if you have littles in your group.) Parking is 2 in garage plus street parking, which was adequate for the 5 cars present for dinner. A couple curious maintenance choices worth mentioning: second microwave sitting on counter, replacing the non-heating hard install above stove and a broken upper drawer of dishwasher propped—left a bit to be desired. Overall, great value for our family with comfortable spaces.”
