Percenti Hospitality's guest rating of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Overall the house was adequate for our large group. Upon arrival the downstairs toilet was clogged. We finally got it unclogged the following day after I sent 2 messages both of which went unanswered. The alarm panel in the kitchen area beeped the entire time we were there and that message also went unanswered. For what we paid, I would’ve expected the place to be cleaner as the couch is downright filthy and the place needs a lot of repairs and cosmetic work. It’s definitely more of a party house than a luxury house. The best thing about it is how close it is to the beach.”airbnb

“We gathered here to celebrate a 70th anniversary with four generations of family. We really appreciated how many chairs were available in the main unit between the dining table, the countertop, and movable chairs in the living room. The game room was a huge hit, especially for the kids and teenagers. Lee was extremely responsive from our initial inquiry to post check out needs. I would have gladly given this a five star review if there been less maintenance issues, none of which were individually critical, but collectively did cause some small inconveniences, all of which were communicated during our stay; and had there been more basic stocked items typical of an airbnb of this caliber and price. I would highly recommend this property for large gatherings, responsive host and its central location.”airbnb

“I stayed here for my bachelorette party with 15 girls. We had the best time. The pool was amazing, there was plenty of space and they were great at communicating! Highly recommend!”airbnb

“Lee’s home in Austin worked out perfectly for our Austin stay in May. The home was spacious and comfortable for our 8 family members. The pool was just the right size for our grandsons to enjoy while adults relaxed on the covered outdoor patio area. The front street was quiet as were the grounds of the iconic Mattie’s. Lee responded quickly to any questions or needs we had.”airbnb

“As soon as i arived to the house there was an odd smell. There was pet hair on top of the sofas and everywhere around the house. Later that night cochroaches started coming out . Everything was outdated the house did not look like in the pictures. Terrible experience. I will not be booking this house again.”airbnb

“Did not have the chance to actually stay at the home. On arrival I went into the home with my family and immediately noticed that the home was not clean. There was dirt and hair located on the stairs that lead up to the living area. The sofa was badly stained as well as the accent pillows. The dining chairs were old, the bedrooms appeared to have not been cleaned. The bathrooms were not clean. The walls, baseboards, and floors in the other spaces in the home were dirty. The A/C filter appeared to have not been changed in quite some time. I looked up and it was the darkest grey I’ve seen. I messaged the hosts immediately only to not be responded to until after I followed up the next morning and had left and found more decent accommodations for my family and myself. The location is close to downtown and a number of restaurants and activities.”airbnb

“Lovely home. Would've been a great place for my daughter's college graduation weekend to celebrate with friends and family. Given the amenities, it would seem the host intended the venue to be used for entertainment; however, in the decade since I've been an Airbnb member, I've never seen a more restrictive house policy. There were 12 in our party. I would've liked to have had a few additional people over following the afternoon graduation, but decided against it after reviewing the house policy and learning we would be asked to leave immediately if anyone other than the registered guests was located on the property. That begs the question--how would the host find out? Were we bring surveilled? It wasn't as if we were going to have a rave. We simply wanted a couple of my daughter's friends to stop by to celebrate my daughter's accomplishments. In the end, we made other arrangements for the celebration. I understand this is not a "party house," but the guest policy is ridiculous.”airbnb

“We arrived at night could barely find the place and had felt like we were trespassing on someone’s property because this home site in the back yard of another one. The noise is horrible! This home adjoins an outdoor venue called Cosmic Pickle which blares music until after midnight and starts again at 8 am the next day! We had to leave and go to another Airbnb. No response from host at all.”airbnb
