“The address the host provided was for the wrong house. We were unknowingly trying to break into a house when the homeowners came home and confronted us. We scheduled an amazon delivery prior to checking in so it was delivered to the address where the confrontation took place. After requesting the host to refund the amount for the package they sent screen shots of directions to the house it was delivered to. After our checkout we were sent a bill for the utilities. There was no mention of our financial responsibility to cover utilities on top of the cost to stay. Very unprofessional hosts we will definitely avoid them next time our group is in the San Antonio area for work.”
