Very quiet neighbourhood with other lovely houses and nice for walking. Excellent location and close to everything. “Our stay at this lovely Durham townhome was amazing from start to finish! Mia was an absolute pleasure — so friendly, welcoming, and beyond accommodating. She responded quickly to every question we had, even late in the evenings, which we truly appreciated after long work days. The townhouse looked exactly like the photos (if not better in person!), clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect home away from home while we were in town for our contract. If we return to Durham for another assignment, we will definitely book with Mia again. Highly recommend this home and host to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay!”

“I stayed at this home in Irvine, California, for 47 days. The house was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description. The area is quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Communication was clear and the service was smooth. Overall, it was a good stay.”

“The upstairs area was fine. The kitchen was ill equipped, and the pots, pans and tools were old and in bad shape. The silverware was loose in a drawer with no dividers and a mess. The tv area was sparse on furniture and the pillows were furry and dirty. The patio was dirty from the windstorm and not cleaned (furniture and patio were covered in dust with no hose to clean it off). The yard was very small, and the trees planted along the back wall were all dead. The app for the lock was challenging and difficult to manage and the parking very limited. This rental was very expensive for what you got.”

“I needed a place to stay for my family while my place has been renovated. This property was close to my son's school and it met all our needs. Booking process was a little bit weird, M2M has some sort of background check, but I guess that's just the rule that they have. The place was clean and well maintained. They even brought an extra table for my son's computer setup. When garage door got stuck, M2M brought a repair team and door was fixed quickly. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this property.”

“The house was very comfortable and appliances were high quality with the exception of the TV. We had a few maintenance issues when we arrived. The garage door needed service and wouldn’t open, but I believe it was fixed after a couple visits from the repairman. The company was responsive, but handyman was not helpful and toilet continued to run after 2 visits. The internet was fast which we appreciated. It has a small dark patio that was not usable, but a beautiful park nearby. Would have liked to stay longer, or have more warning that we would not be able to book for longer as our home was still not ready to move back to. Moving during the holidays proved very difficult, but Month2Month kindly found us another property.”
