“From booking to checkout, the team from Month2Month made everything a breeze. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous, clean and far exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the ample storage and the giant open floor layout with the kitchen being the center and heart of the house. Just about eerything we could want or need was short drive or walk away and convenient. If the need ever arose again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The house was spacious, in a nice and safe area, and ideal for a large family. We had an issue at the check-in. We were traveling with elderly family members and spent about 45 minutes outside because the lock box wasn’t working. A technician even came, but we later discovered there was a physical key available outside the lock that no one had told us about. The house was comfortable, but the furniture was quite old, and some pieces were worn out. The bedroom setup also didn’t match the video provided when we booked, so we had to wait several days for it to be fixed. When someone finally came, only one handyman was sent to move and reassemble three beds on different floors, which seemed like far too much work for one person. Communication was slow, and replies often answered only part of our questions, making simple issues take longer to resolve. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Avoid this property. The listing photos showed a clean, updated home; what we received was dirty, damaged, poorly maintained, and unsafe. Had the photos shown its true condition, I would never have booked it. The pool and hot tub, a main reason we booked, were green and unusable for about four days. Bedding was unwashed with stains, pet hair, and dirt. We found filthy rugs, stained and ripped couches, cobwebs, mold and slime, a leaking skylight and flaking ceiling, damaged walls, a broken gate, spiders and egg sacs, and an exposed metal vent that caused an injury. The dishwasher, fireplace, ice maker, and vacuums did not work, and one shower would not drain. This was extensive neglect, not an isolated problem. We reported everything promptly. Proper repairs would have required multiple workers over several days, and follow-through was poor. The property was nowhere near the standard shown in the listing or justified by its price. Book somewhere else.”

“The home is beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. My issues concerned the property manager’s slow responses to issues, then spending time waiting for maintenance.”

They have been flexible, and no matter where we stay, they've made all attempts to find a property where ever we are completing business/work. You will not be disappointed!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The host/property manager was exceptional, friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything we needed. The entire staff was amazing, but Mia deserves a special shoutout! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made us feel welcome. The location is wonderful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home itself is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the small, quiet backyard, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. It's clear that this team genuinely cares about their guests and takes great pride in providing outstanding service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!”

“Our stay at this lovely Durham townhome was amazing from start to finish! Mia was an absolute pleasure — so friendly, welcoming, and beyond accommodating. She responded quickly to every question we had, even late in the evenings, which we truly appreciated after long work days. The townhouse looked exactly like the photos (if not better in person!), clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect home away from home while we were in town for our contract. If we return to Durham for another assignment, we will definitely book with Mia again. Highly recommend this home and host to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay!”
