“This host is clearly all about the money; they charge utilities, where no other Airbnb charges for utilities. When we got to the home, aside from taking an hour to get inside, due to incorrect access information, the home was not very clean. We also advised them from the first day that the only TV in the home did not work and across our entire 30-day stay, they never corrected or addressed it, so we could not watch TV for our entire stay. We informed them that the washing machine took 3-washes to get the clothes clean - they never addressed it, yet they wanted to charge us for electricity that was 3-times the cost for a house of this size. The garage was also a total mess, with all manner of stuff lying across the entire garage, on the shelves and on the floor. Not a very pleasant stay, and they do not care about their tenants.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The house was spacious, in a nice and safe area, and ideal for a large family. We had an issue at the check-in. We were traveling with elderly family members and spent about 45 minutes outside because the lock box wasn’t working. A technician even came, but we later discovered there was a physical key available outside the lock that no one had told us about. The house was comfortable, but the furniture was quite old, and some pieces were worn out. The bedroom setup also didn’t match the video provided when we booked, so we had to wait several days for it to be fixed. When someone finally came, only one handyman was sent to move and reassemble three beds on different floors, which seemed like far too much work for one person. Communication was slow, and replies often answered only part of our questions, making simple issues take longer to resolve. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the living room couch and one of the twin beds were damp and had a strong urine odor, making them unusable. A cleaner didn’t arrive until the second day around 4 p.m., and after cleaning, we were told they couldn’t be used for another 7 hours. The pool was also dirty, with toys and other items left behind from previous guests, and the water was murky. We were never able to use it because it was never cleaned during our stay. The master bedroom had no working overhead lights, only one lamp that worked. The beds were also extremely hard, so if you’re looking for comfort, these aren’t for you. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and delayed response significantly impacted our stay. I would not stay here again or recommend this property based on our experience.”

“We had a great stay overall. The house was beautiful, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. It felt warm and homey, making it a comfortable place to relax. There were a couple of issues during our stay. The host was a bit slow to respond at times. We experienced a clogged kitchen sink, and although maintenance was contacted, they didn't arrive until the following day. Additionally, the app used to unlock the door worked perfectly for the first few days, but I was unable to access it during the last two days of our stay. I had to reach out to the host for an alternative way to enter the property. Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the home itself. With a little improvement in response time and maintenance coordination, this would be a great place to stay.”

“Absolutely loved this place. Location was great. There was plenty of space in the home and the kids really Enjoyed it. Only issue was the AC. It kept defaulting temp to over 80 degrees. It kept getting very hot in the house and wouldnt stay at the temp we selected.”
