Although there were a few minor issues, the management team was exceptionally responsive, attentive, and helpful in their communication. Since we spent most of our time out, we did not request any specific solutions, but it was clear they were available and willing to assist promptly. “This property is in a great location if you are skiing at camelback as it is steps away from the slopes which made it super convenient to check in on the dogs or to stop in for a quick break or snack. It was amazing not having to get in a car with all of our stuff or to find parking at the lodge! So easy to just walk out the door and go! We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, it could use a little esthetic maintenance but overall it was a warm place to come back to, the beds were comfortable and we were grateful for fresh sheets and towels!”
