“I would never rent this unit ever again. The unit should have never been listed as it had no hot water and the water tank, which was located in the master bedroom, was leaking. We contacted the host immediately after we discovered these issues after we checked in. The host promised to have someone over first thing the following day to repair. We waited until 11am the following day and no one came. When we left the unit, I got a message from the host that someone was on the way to check the unit. I told them they needed to fix the issues because we couldn’t stay in the unit another night without hot water and with water tank leaking in the (unusable) master bedroom. At 4pm I got an apology and they said they continue to look for a solution. At 7pm I got another apology and that they will send someone again the following day to check again, but they knew I was checking out then. They told me so late that I couldn’t book another accommodation. They ruined my family vacation.”
