“Very disappointed. Photographs in the listing do not accurately represent the place we stayed. A disclaimer says photos are only representative. However, the quality of the entire apartment - from the furnishings to the view - was nothing like the photos. Photos were bright and cheerful - apartment was dark, dingy and cheaply furnished. It was advertised as having 3 beds. Thankfully we only needed two because the "sofa" (third bed) was a small vinyl or pleather type and not even comfortable to sit on. The carpet in the bedrooms is old and did not feel clean to bare feet. This building is in a great location. It was tricky to check in because the building requires a key fob for entry so you have to knock on the door and try to get someone's attention to let you in. In the future we will look to support hosts not trying to run a business through volume of listings. Thought/care to furnishing, upkeep of their properties and pride in sharing it with others, as Airbnb is meant to be.”

“What a fantastic location! The building was also such a nice change from the noisy apartment that we rented in NYC. Clean, modern building that is quiet with central air that works wonderfully! The only thing I would suggest is that the host get a new TV. All that is available is Netflix and you can’t stream to the TV or install my apps that let me watch what we want to. We were there during the NBA and Stanley Cup finals as well as the World Cup and had to watch them on a laptop.”

“Unbeatable location - close to public transportation, restaurants and attractions, many parking spaces in the surrounding as well! Has gym in the building. We requested an apartment not facing the street, the host accommodated our request. But there was no salt, pepper and cooking oil in the apartment.”
