“It was a hectic booking process but the stay was nice”

“i’m honestly really disappointed with this airbnb and the customer service from their team. there were additional charges and conditions added to my stay after booking was completed and paid for. the communication was not good in my opinion. we were not sent the check in information until 9pm when checkin was supposed to be at 4 even after voicing at we were outside in the rain. after we finally received the code to get in we drove for over an hour to find parking and ended up having no choice but to pay $45 in a parking lot which wasn’t mentioned at all by the host. i also would not book this air bnb if you have a week stomach as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a huge pile of boxes and cleaning products along with a horrible smell throughout the building it honestly smelled like something was dead !!!”

“This was a perfect stay everything was great no issues…. I read previous reviews about parking how there were issues not sure what issues they were having.. parking literally right across the street from the house I would definitely stay again”

“The location is wonderfully convenient for the Convention Center but, as anyone can tell from the map, it comes at the cost of being an urban setting with lots of road noise and light pollution. I knew what I was getting into - and I accomplished my goal of reminding myself that there are some nice things about my home in the suburbs.”

“Location was perfect for our needs; easy to find, walkable. The apartment was comfortable and well lit. Traffic noise and lights at night were manageable with earplugs, which we are used to wearing (and were also provided). Overall, very pleased with this stay and would absolutely consider staying again in the future”
