“The space is nice but it is long walk with many step from parking to apartment.communicate to host pretty slow response.”

“I will never book any property run by Abode again. They send you a 5-6 page questionnaire which requires a ton of personal information. They said they had to get the info for my kid. my KID. The instructions they send are both needlessly long and outdated (they sent me the wrong door code and we couldn't get into the building). Their chat response is typically good, but if you call their 24 hour line (because you can't get in) you get a useless AI on the line. The apt parking is expensive ($75 for two nights), there were stains on the bedsheets, they put out creamer packs for the coffee which were spoiled, and they had an ANT INFESTATION. Ants in the beds, biting us in the night, and we woke up on the second morning to our bags over run by ants. The only reason they don't nothing but one star on everything is because the people working at the building were incredibly nice and kind. So stay at the building, but avoid Abode and avoid this listing at all costs. Awful experience.”

“Good location, but the pictures didn’t match the apartment. When driving down to the location, the area is beautiful with nice condos and apartments, but when you get to this unit, it is gated and looks like it doesn’t belong. Smelly, not very clean floor, not enough kitchen supplies to cook an actual meal! The outside of the apartment is dirty and had trash in the parking lot. My husband wouldn’t sit on the couch until I put sheets down over it. Plus I left my pillow and have texted her, but she won’t reply.”

“the check in procedure is lengthy and annoying. TV didn’t work. parking is only if available not 100%. faucet leaked so loud and annoying. place is well lived in and needs cleaning and painting. the bathroom was gross and had hair in the bathroom:( host never fixed any issues. i would not return or recommend.”

“The apartment was nice but I had a lot of trouble contacting the host when I had issues. It was very expensive, the gym was amazing. The lobby coffee was terrible (when the keurig had water. The couch was advertised as a queen bed equivalent, but it was not. Luckily my daughter is young and could sleep on it. I will say that the building is beautiful and the location is great for walking to events.”

“i’m honestly really disappointed with this airbnb and the customer service from their team. there were additional charges and conditions added to my stay after booking was completed and paid for. the communication was not good in my opinion. we were not sent the check in information until 9pm when checkin was supposed to be at 4 even after voicing at we were outside in the rain. after we finally received the code to get in we drove for over an hour to find parking and ended up having no choice but to pay $45 in a parking lot which wasn’t mentioned at all by the host. i also would not book this air bnb if you have a week stomach as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a huge pile of boxes and cleaning products along with a horrible smell throughout the building it honestly smelled like something was dead !!!”

“When we arrived we were told we could go in but we waited an hour just to get in when we were all tired. Service was terrible since they kept texting us to open it when it wouldn’t and wouldn’t even answer any calls. When we finally got in it was pretty good. Was lacking some things like normal games and the soap and shampoo was basically out. Also the window in the shower had mold around it. It was pretty small for the price. Overall I would pass even though some how others got great service.”

“The place was a great location, it was as described however when u enter the building there is a pile up of cleaning products and replenishing items stored on tbe stairwell which was uneasy on the eye. When you first enter the building there was a really bad smell of sewage. Not sure if this was a one time maintenance issue. They need to clean the front entrance and remove the storage and remove whatever the smell was and make it smell fresh and homely: the actual unit was nice and clean and not a problem. Would stay again, if those issues are resolved”

“Parking isn’t ideal. Building is nice. Unit itself is ok. There was a wedding. Wasn’t notified till day before. Kinda loud and it restricted parking even further.”
