“We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Abode apt. It was very clean and comfortable. The access instructions were just as easy and clear to follow. It was located in a very beautiful historic building with access to a gym. Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful with directions and recommendations! “Alex place was as described. It was an easy check-in, even when I couldn't get the code correct on my end, Alex did not hesitate and help me out. The place is across from a park, so I went out and watched a volleyball game. Later that day I walked to downtown on Broadway street. the following morning I went for a 5 mile jog along the greenway scenic path along the river. I will definitely stay again when in Nashville.”

“Our stay was great overall! Alex being as attentive as they were made any issue that came up minuscule, and had answers to any questions we had. The place was clean and presented us with a peaceful and inviting place to stay for our trip! 100% would recommend!”

“The apartment was nice but I had a lot of trouble contacting the host when I had issues. It was very expensive, the gym was amazing. The lobby coffee was terrible (when the keurig had water. The couch was advertised as a queen bed equivalent, but it was not. Luckily my daughter is young and could sleep on it. I will say that the building is beautiful and the location is great for walking to events.”

“i’m honestly really disappointed with this airbnb and the customer service from their team. there were additional charges and conditions added to my stay after booking was completed and paid for. the communication was not good in my opinion. we were not sent the check in information until 9pm when checkin was supposed to be at 4 even after voicing at we were outside in the rain. after we finally received the code to get in we drove for over an hour to find parking and ended up having no choice but to pay $45 in a parking lot which wasn’t mentioned at all by the host. i also would not book this air bnb if you have a week stomach as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a huge pile of boxes and cleaning products along with a horrible smell throughout the building it honestly smelled like something was dead !!!”

“When we arrived we were told we could go in but we waited an hour just to get in when we were all tired. Service was terrible since they kept texting us to open it when it wouldn’t and wouldn’t even answer any calls. When we finally got in it was pretty good. Was lacking some things like normal games and the soap and shampoo was basically out. Also the window in the shower had mold around it. It was pretty small for the price. Overall I would pass even though some how others got great service.”
