“Our group of friends visited in autumn, and the area was lovely. The house at a glance was nice, but it quickly became evident the kitchen was both messy & dirty. Most of the dishes were dirty and the cabinets were very untidy with random items. The beds & pillows weren't very comfortable, the lock on the primary bathroom door was broken, there were issues with the TVs, the internet wasn't very reliable, and there were a handful of bugs in the house that bothered some guests.”

“Worked very well for my large group, very reasonable! It was a bit smaller than I was expecting but no big deal, it's hard for photos to capture the scope of a space. Instructions were clear and not overwhelming. There were some stains here and there that were a bit of a surprise but not an overwhelming detriment, and a couple of appliances were somewhat in need of repair. But that is nitpicking, the place has a warm, lived-in feeling and we LOVED the covered hot tub!”
