“Nice amenities and a nice backyard. The beds were comfortable, and there were a lot of board games to keep us entertained. The backyard was also really nice, was a vibe for sure.”

“We had a good stay at Justin’s place, and the location and neighborhood were fantastic. The house was comfortable, the essentials (fresh linens and clean bathrooms) were taken care of, and Justin was very accommodating when we asked to bring our own charcoal grill since the outdoor grill needed cleaning. ​That said, the home would really benefit from a deep clean. With a 5:00 PM check-in and an 11:00 AM checkout, you’d expect the turnover to be thorough, but there were cobwebs along the window sills and the indoor air felt stuffy upon arrival. Adding window screens would make a huge difference so guests can open windows and let in fresh air. ​Overall, our family had an enjoyable and relaxing trip, but a bit more attention to deep maintenance and a warmer, more personalized communication approach would make this rental exceptional. Thanks again for having us, Justin!”
