“They moved our apartment last minute. We were supposed to have a balcony and then moved to an apartment without a balcony. Otherwise location was great. A few blocks from reading terminal and clean.”

“Overall the place is great. Location is nice, what you see on the map. Lots of places within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and well stocked. Some reviews mention noise, but didn't find that a problem. There was a event while we were there; noisy in the hallway, but not noticeable inside the unit. We could barely hear the traffic noise. The instructions for getting there are complicated, but they sent a good write up. If you have a car, parking was hard during the event, but otherwise was fine. My low score is based on correctable things. There were some cleanliness issues when we checked in, hopefully they will see this and check in to confirm that toilets are flushed, etc. Also, check in is confusing because they demand a lot of information off AirBnB platform. No way to tell if it's been received and we didn't get access code when we expected so lots of messages and emails. They did resolve it quickly and communication was responsive. Bottom line, I'd stay again”

“I was really looking forward to staying here given its great location to downtown. After I booked my stay, I had to fill out additional information and sign a rental agreement — which was easy. Unfortunately, I had to pay $50 extra for an early check-in at 2pm. Once I arrived, the lock’s passcode didn’t work and I had to chat with some voice AI until it finally forwarded me to a human (and of course I had to completely re-explain the situation). The place is furnished with the cheapest Wayfair furniture you could imagine. The mattress is essentially on the floor because of how low the bed frame is. The bathroom closet door came off its hinges when trying to open it. The straw that broke the camel’s back was that there was a full blown wedding reception taking place right outside my door until midnight — despite “strict quiet hours” from 10p until 8a in their instructions. The location was great, but the entire experience was horrendous and not worth the $500+ I paid for two nights.”

“HVAC system was broken and I arrived to a bed COVERED in dead mosquitos that had been blown out of the window unit that was just installed. Lobby smelled extremely strong and sour. Also when I arrived to my unit there was dirty towels on the floor. I admittedly didn’t reach out bc I was so busy and i just cleaned the linens myself later in the evening. So partially my fault. But not a great experience and so weirdly expensive for what it is.”

“We had a great time in Pittsburgh and the location where we stayed was a perfect location for all things we had planned. Everything in the apartment was clean and well put together. The only improvement I would recommend would definitely be the bed and sofa that were a little uncomfortable after day 2. The internet for the TV was spotty so I had to keep playing with the setting to stay logged in. It would have been a little helpful if there were brochures of areas with points of interest that are nearby and upcoming events. With so many things do in the area, that would be a great help for those unfamiliar with the are. Aside from that, it was a great trip - hope to visit again soon.”
