“I stayed here for two months and cannot recommend it. The unit was not clean on arrival, it clearly had not been turned over between guests. I found a previous occupant's used clothing left under the furniture and their toiletries under the bathroom sink. There was visible mold growing in the bathroom, which I documented. Carpets, couch pillows, towels, and bath mats were stained, the oven was filthy inside, and I spent my first night deep cleaning with supplies I had to go buy myself. Beyond cleanliness, there was no working ventilation (windows did not open, no porch screen door), the AC struggled the entire stay and let the unit reach the high 70s. Both bedroom frames were broken on arrival (they did fix one of them a couple weeks in). The hosts were fine, offered to fix things right away, but this does not change the fact the apartment was in disgusting condition. The apartment needs a complete overhaul before it is suitable for guests.”

“I stayed here for a week with my cats. Unfortunately, the apartment was not in the condition shown in the listing. When I arrived, the bed wasn’t made, the bedding, pillows, rugs, and other items were piled in the closet, and the mattress had a visible stain. The shower also had mold, and overall the apartment did not feel as clean or as well prepared as expected. The listing photos gave a much different impression than what I found upon arrival. While the location worked for my needs, I don’t feel the condition of the apartment justified the price I paid.”
