“DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ! THEY ARE SCAMMING ! Upon arrivals someone else was living in the apartment. There was food , nice, and weed on the tables. The building is falling apart. When we contacted Preston they tried to tell us we weren’t inside the correct unit, however we used our correct door code to get in. They were refusing to give us our money, they wouldn’t call us. We had to threaten to call the police in order to get our reservation cancelled and our full refund. The reviews on this property are FAKE !!! they continue to allow people to book this place, still their money, and someone else is living there the entire time.”

“Stayed here from Jan to April for my last clinical of Grad school. The apt was fine for my needs since I wasn’t there much due to the long clinical hours. I had expected to head home on 4/3 but they added a half clinical day. I contacted the host as soon as I knew this asking to get an additional 2 hours to check out. Was told they couldn’t guarantee that and to contact them again the night before-which I did and got the same answer we can’t guarantee a late checkout-check with us in the morning. I had an early AM start since it was a half day and couldn’t wait for an answer. However, they were willing for me to pay for an extra night instead of granting a late check out-which doesn’t make sense. Students don’t get paid for clinical. This host was not willing to work with me asking for an extra 2 hours. I will not recommend this host to other students and request this host be removed from the University’s list. I have never had an issue with any other host like this.”

“The unit had sh*t stains on and in the toilet, the bathtub was very dirty there was crumbs over the kitchen floor I had to go buy cleaning supplies because there was none available. I ended up leaving due to the uncleanliness which led me to get sick and the host was very unhelpful and did not give me a refund for the remainder of my trip. The only pro was that the place was spacey.”

“It’s a one bedroom apartment, bed is comfortable and the folks that run the Airbnb are very fast in response to my questions.”
