“We stayed for Cedar Point trip and it was exactly what we needed. Spacious, clean, comfortable, close to shopping and Cedar Point! My kids walked down to a public beach access and swam which was a nice plus!”

“We loved our stay at Nick’s Vermilion lake front home. The view was incredible and we enjoyed the lower patios on the lake as well as the back porch. I ran/walked everyday in the neighborhood, which felt very family friendly and safe. Our mini vacay included 8 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. We plan to visit again next year.”

“The aesthetics of the home were beautiful! The house was 84° when we arrived (no AC units on), it was 82° and very humid outside. We turned the AC units on and left for dinner. We went about 20 minutes away for dinner, but there’s nice options in downtown Vermillion too. I had seen other reviews of the bathroom not draining- about 4 minutes into my shower, it stopped draining as well. The hot tub is okay, but visible to some neighbors. Overall, the aesthetics of the home are wonderful. Seems to be a quiet neighborhood. And the house was clean. I’d stay again, just some things that could really liven the place up to match the price!”
