“Beautiful stay me and my wife had a good time”

“The house is infested with mice!!! It's very unsanitary. We could hear scratching in the walls at night. The house was not very clean. Baseboards haven't been touched in months. We couldn't use any of the dishes because there was mouse poop in the cupboards. Their cleaning people put a clean glass cup over top of one of the droppings. We had to buy all paper products and use those. We could use the clean towels under the sinks because there was droppings there also. They did compensate us a little. There isn't really anything they could do until we left. They brought a sticky trap (which didn't catch anything) so we went out and bought our own traps and killed 5 mice in 48 hours. Not sure how none of the previous guests didn't notice mice or poop in the cupboards, but there was a lot more than 5. The roof starting leaking upstairs in the bedroom when the big storm came in, in 2 different places. GH Hospitatlity was nice to deal with but the unsanitary conditions damped our vacation.”

“We had a great stay! It was the perfect place for a short trip. Everything was clean, worked perfectly, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also didn’t expect the beautiful view from outside the front door! It’s also only about a 20-minute drive to Hocking Hills, which made hiking really convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“The space is really awesome. It has a lot of potential. But there are a few issues. 1. The space was dirty. Floors haven't been cleaned in a long time. Didn't even want to take my shoes off. The bed was made, but its clearly been a while since it had been washed. Their was a LOT of long brown/red hair on the walls of the shower. 2. Hot tub was awesome! But there needs to be something that guests can use to skim the water. The water had so many pine needles and dead bugs. 3. Water pressure. The shower head has seen better days. Really quite difficult to wash effectively. Definitely could use an update. 4. Towels. The towels were stained and not clean. Had to wash the towels ourselves prior to using. Overall, we did have a wonderful stay. I would absolutely recommend it. But the cleaning crew is not cleaning. They did, however, roll and lay the towels in a pretty arrangement with mini shampoo and conditioner.”
