“Clean, spacious, and good location. Would’ve rated it higher except for a few issue. Sofa was broken and couldn’t sit on it. Washing machine had visible mold inside. Texted host pictures and they offered to send someone to fix but we didn’t want anyone coming in unit while we were gone. Also, we were there 3 days/2 nights and only had 3 total washcloths for 2 people to use for the entire stay. Need more in the unit. Was excited to stay here because my two daughters live close by and I come to Cincy a lot—thought this could be my “home away from home”. I am sure the sofa and washing machine issues will be addressed; however, after not sleeping the first night because of the mattress I won’t be staying there again. Mattress is super soft like the kind that is rolled up and shipped to your house. Super soft foam and no support. Felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow. I didn’t sleep at all and had a backache the next day. Nice location, nice building, and clean unit.”

“Location can't be beat if in town for a sporting event. We were there for a Cleveland Guardians series and the walk to the stadium took less than ten minutes. Apartment was adequate but nothing special. Rooftop amenities were nice but the hot tub was not heated (maybe just the time of year). The house manual section of the post indicates one free parking pass is included in the reservation. This conflicts with other info indicating parking is not included which caused confusion. THERE IS NO FREE PARKING PASS INCLUDED. You can park in the attached garage which runs $15 every 12 hours BUT be aware that is NOT the rate on event days. We had to pay $50 plus another $15 per day (total of $65) per day because we left to sight see and when we returned on both days they had started charging for 'event' parking. Just something to be aware of. I would not suggest this location if you have a car (would highly recommend if you don't). Parking aside, it is a great spot.”
