“Sadly, our family does NOT recommend this cabin and we will not return. Our kids were excited for the pool, but when we arrived it was green, smelled bad, and was not something we felt comfortable letting them swim in. We were told it was “safe,” but it wasn’t cleaned until the next day, costing us a day of enjoying something we paid for. There were also many other issues: a rotten-smelling dishwasher, no locks on bathroom doors, a dirty master bathroom, broken microwave, hot tub jets not working properly, poor insulation where you can hear everything, uncomfortable spring beds, missing closet doors, and a wasp nest on the porch that resulted in someone getting stung. We’ve stayed in many cabins and have never experienced this many maintenance and cleanliness issues. For the price, we expected much better. We cannot recommend this cabin and suggest reading the reviews carefully before booking.”

“I liked the house itself and it was suitable for our needs, except they advertised that it has central AC when it does not. They only have window units in the bedrooms. And on our last day as we were cleaning, we saw mold in the units. They communicated well until we had issues then they were slow to respond and didn’t do anything about our problems.”
