“The building is really nice. You won't have access to the 19th floor pool, which is a highlight of the building. The unit was spacious and had high ceilings. The bedroom and office/den feel a little cave like since they are so far from the windows. The gym is really nice and the in unit washer and dryer are also nice albeit a little small. There is a dishwasher but not enough dishes to fill it so I ended up handwashing most of the month I was there. Not a bad place overall. The on-site management at the building is excellent. The Airbnb host, when I did ask for something, I had to ask again or would not get a follow-up or answer.”

“Overall, our stay was wonderful! There was some difficulty at check-in. By 3:30, we hadn’t check-in instructions. I reached out to the host at listed check-in time of 4:00p, and it was found verification was never completed on there end. It was a quick fix and we were in our unit by 4:15! The place was incredibly walkable to lots of things to do (Great American Ball Park, Hard Rock Casino, etc.). There were some stains on linens/comforters, but nothing that couldn’t be overlooked for the price and amenities. I would recommend this host to anyone looking to get out in Downtown Cincinnati!”

“The stay was very basic, with minimal amenities and little beyond a bed, TV, and couch. We were also charged extra for parking on the property, otherwise the alternative was still paid parking with a 20+ minute walk. That said, the apartment was clean and the company was very responsive. They also provided detailed instructions for accessing the apartment, which was definitely helpful since the location was very difficult and lengthy to reach. The biggest advantage is the location, especially being so close to the baseball stadium and football arena. However, overall, a hotel would likely provide more comfort and amenities for a similar experience.”

“The place is great for location being next to the baseball field. The place is very basic all furniture seems to be from Amazon. Bed needs to be updated not so comfy. Also maybe put a fan gets really hot at night.”
