“Nice place, but air conditioner leaked a lot of water onto the floor. Communicated it to the owner and did not get a response.”

“This is my first negative review in more than 10 years on Airbnb, and unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The host seemed to show little concern for basic guest comfort. The bed was essentially a layer of memory foam with no support, and the pillows were excessively thick and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not well equipped; there wasn’t even a fork available. Construction blocked the building entrance during my stay and made food deliveries difficult. Parking also required a glitchy app, and I spent a significant amount of time dealing with support to make sure my car would not be towed. Communication with the host was frustrating as well. Messages were often ignored or met with automated replies that did not address the issue ( he doesn't care) Guests are also asked to wash the towels before checkout, but no detergent is provided. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed, with too little attention paid to the practical details that make guests feel comfortable and supported”

“"no pets in the building" even though we saw many dogs throughout our stay. Bed sheets, pillow cases, all linen had cat fur/ animal dander all over it and Nick refused to accommodate by not responding to my request for new linen. I'm allergic to cats and had to take allergy meds during my stay. Great location, walking distance from restaurants, parking was managable.”

“It was okay for the price. the place was clean and in a close proximity to most places. but there was a constant clanking noise coming from above the unit and the lockbox stopped working in the middle of the night”

“You can’t enter the building from the front, so when my uber dropped me off at 11pm by myself, I had to walk all the way around the block and through the back alley to get to the back door with the lockbox. Not safe for someone by themselves in the area. Then the lockbox to get in the building was broken, so there was a group of people all waiting to get in. Had to call the emergency line to fix the issue. Room was fine—stains on sheets and towels. AC in bedroom right above bed would make a loud rattling noise almost every 30 minutes. Looked like the pictures.”
