“AC Doesn’t work . Couch was dirty pet hair or cat all over the table shaven hair in the shower NO PARKING UNLESS YOU WANNA WALK A FEW BLOCKS ! Stair to unit is broken”

“Nice location ' my favorite restaurants were near by and the environment was nice. the unit was surprisingly nice and decorated really cute but the only issues I had was that the internet wasn't always stable and it was rare to get hot running water but aside from that i really liked the place and I'd most likely book again.”

“The balcony could use a good sweeping (joints and what looked to be bonfire ashes on it) and there are multiple unhoused people wandering outside of the building. Very close to where we needed to be though.”

“Dated unit. The windows were old, blinds did not work so they stayed open and a co-traveler smashed her fingers in the window because there are no safety stops. There was a sweage smell coming from the bathroom that stunk up the whole apartment. The AC did not work. The floor was dirty and the vents had built up dust/grime. The only positives were the location and the host was friendly. If you're wanting to live like a college student for your stay then this is the place for you.”

“Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. When I arrived at the property, the keys were not in the lockbox, so I was unable to access the apartment I had booked. The host took a very long time to respond, and when he finally did, he apologized and said he would get someone to come help me. Nobody ever came. I was then told to go get keys for a different property, which wasted more time while on the phone with Airbnb as they had to get involved and refund me because I could not access the place I actually booked. To make things even more frustrating, the host told me I could stay at another one of his properties, only to change his mind afterward and tell me I couldn’t stay there either. The entire situation was disorganized, unreliable, and incredibly unprofessional. I wasted a significant amount of time and gas driving around because of problems that should have been handled before I ever arrived. I would absolutely not book with this host again.”
