“Place was great for what we needed! The only thing we wished was better was the seating in the main area on the bottom floor. This house is meant to host a lot of people but there’s no area to really gather all together comfortably. The house was also very dusty and didn’t feel super clean but it’s an old house so we understood for the most part. Beware of the stairs, the spiral staircase is very steep and hard to walk up and down. The outdoor staircase is uneven with large holes in the steps.”

“We had a great stay. The house was nice, full of charm, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was also lovely, quiet, and a great place to spend time. We’d happily stay here again.”

“1. It's in Mt Adams and 4 levels. pretty many steps. 2. We are all over 70 y/o. Steps and spiral staircase a little challenge, but ambiance great. Great 52nd college re-union. 3. Other evaluations have said and still true, as it was REALLY HOT out esp top floor didn't cool. Big fan in each bedroom helped a bunch. Good time was had by all!”
