“We had a great stay at this lake house! It was beautiful & clean & accommodated our big family well! The hosts were really responsive & even checked in mid stay to bring more towels & see if we needed anything! The only surprise was how steep the driveway is & it being off a sort of confusing gravel road! But maybe this is common with lake houses! Might not be a good option if you have any family w/ mobility issues or even very small children! But good for a group! Overall, I would book this place again or other locations Neat Suites has!”

“My friend and I LOVE this house! It is so cozy and cute!! The hosts always responded to us within minutes and were very flexible with our check in! Everything was super clean and neat. Lots of attention to detail. The back patio area was private and quiet. Perfect for us girls to unwind and drink wine! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. 10/10 recommend!! “Great place to stay. Really close to the Ark Encounter. I will say the king size bed upstairs was a bit uncomfortable and only provided 2 small pillows, it would have been a little better with a boxspring and not just a mattress on a frame. And there was no tv in the master bedroom. Other than that it was very comfortable and a nice place to stay. Easy check in and check out and great response time for messages.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a large family ( 6 kids plus grandparents). It was just the right amount of space. When we first arrived the grandparents were concerned it was a “bad area” but no-one bothered us apart from some curious ducks. The proximity to the park and pond was a definite perk for our family, and we were regretful we didn’t bring our fishing poles. The kids also really enjoyed the hot tub- though the sensor indicated it could use a water change and the hot tub appeared to need a cleaning. The check in and checkout was extremely easy and the host was very kind and responsive. The only other negative one might take note of is that with the outdoor lighting things didn’t get quite as dark as I prefer in the upstairs bedroom. All in all we think this was a great place with great hosts and we would absolutely consider staying there again in the future. - we loved how close it was to the ark!”

“This place was absolutely perfect. It had a great amount of space for our family and was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the games in their room. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have seen. We come to the Ark/Creation Museum every year for a conference and the kids have already asked to get this place again. The location for the Ark was unbeatable. You don't even have to get on the interstate! This is our second time staying with Neat Suites and their process is so easy and amenities are top notch. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Our home we stayed in was just beautiful. The town was quaint and peaceful, and we loved the little shops! The house was very spacious. It was very clean, and up to date with all the modern conveniences and we felt right at home. The children's bedroom was great and we loved the campfire. The game room was very much enjoyed after coming back from our sightseeing. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Our family had a ball! We will definitely recommend Neat Suite's to others!”

“Lovely place!! Perfect for a couple or business travel. Clean, easy to walk to restaurants, vibrant area. Description, amenities, and photos were exactly as stated. The host was wonderfully communicative, responsive, and helpful. Street parking was easy to find, but also nice to have the parking passes provided for the nearby garage. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if ever in the area!”
