“This place is in a very nice part of town. The traffic noise was there, but just noticeable with the morning commute. There were white noise machines in the rooms, but we didn’t use them. The beds were more than comfortable! We all slept so well! If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring your own skillets, because what is available is older and small. —. This place is an easy commute down the interstate to the ark or the museum. Overall, it is a great place for a large group of adults. No amenities for children like other places we have stayed. The communication was very clear and helpful!”

“Our stay at this home in Dry Ridge was excellent! The home was clean and inviting, which I am picky about. Plenty of room for our two families. There is plenty for the family to enjoy within walking distance. Short drives to both the Ark Encounter (a must), and Williamstown Lake which we enjoyed. We did not get to utilize the hot tub due to extreme outdoor temperatures. We would easily utilize the Neat Suites company in the future; accommodating and excellent communication. Well done!”

“House was new, beautiful, and spacious! Beds and pillows were comfy. Their little things like hand soap in all the bathrooms and coffee for the mornings make the difference between a good stay and a great one!! Owners responded immediately when we had a question. Location of the house was perfect, close to plenty of restaurants (Beans cafe and Peppers Mexican were our favorites). Only 10-15 mins to Ark Encounter. We also highly recommend a visit to Old Friends Farm in Georgetown - was the highlight of our Kentucky trip!! We have friends who want to visit the area and I’ll make sure they stay here too!!”

“Our previous accommodations lost power due to a big thunderstorm. So we needed to find a new place to stay quickly. Neat Suites was very fast in responding and we were into this location within an hour of when I first contacted them. The house was beautiful and clean. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay there! We would definitely stay in that house again. The only downside was the narrow road leading up to the house, and the fact that the backyard opens onto a public park. Which is nice from one point of view. But does not offer any privacy for the hot tub”

Close to all places we wanted to visit. I like how all places were labeled and made our lives easier, of where to find stuff we needed. We love this house and will come again. “We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home comfortably with four adults and six kids. The games and TVs throughout the house kept us all engaged as a family when indoors. The hosts were welcoming and quite hospitable. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Hamilton, Ohio.”
