“This was a great stay for our family! Set up the fans to move air to the secondary bedroom as soon as you arrive and the rest is a breeze! We all slept great, enjoyed walks, felt safe the manager was very responsive during the hurricane (we didn’t have any issues!). We’d definitely stay again. Mahalo!”

“Loved the pool …nice and private….well stocked kitchen…and had everything we needed..good parking as well ..even good water pressure in showers …the only drawback is our unit faced a busy road and the kitchen faucet needs replacement so make sure the water is shut off (their is a sign) I liked that there was instructions ..it was worth the price and would stay there again”

“The condo was nicely furnished, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The walkability is a little bit of an understatement. While it only takes 15 minutes to walk to downtown Kona, it is along a very busy street with no sidewalks and is quite dark in places at night. The parking is inaccurate, there is no assigned space, as it is occupied by a covered vehicle. There are a few open spaces, which we were able to use. Also, the air conditioning situation is a wall unit that does not reach the back bedroom and is pretty noisy. The patio is cute, but fronts a very busy and at times, very noisy as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.”

“The property and the owners were excellent! We had a tsunami threat while there and they kept us updated for our safety. Cleaned at midpoint. Pool was nice and location to the beach was so beautiful and walking distance even for elderly. House was clean, had beach toys for kids and boogie’s boards available for use. The kitchen had every utensil and other kitchen items like crockpot, rice cooker, etc. bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows. We were there 27 days and enjoyed every minute!”
