“We loooved our stay! We had everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked! There is plenty of room. I loved sitting on the porch watching sunsets and we had a delicious steak dinner prepared on the grill! We walked to the local coffee shop each morning and enjoyed the beach club! We can’t wait to be back!”airbnb

“exactly what we were hoping for. located on a sandy beach just a few steps from the deck. quiet and relaxing and a short trip from amenities. our plan was to drive to the site and stay put for a few days rest and that exactly what we enjoyed.”airbnb

“Great experience overall. The condo was roomy with beautiful ocean views, and a public sandy beach is right across the road. It was well stocked with snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and plenty of beach chairs. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, they replaced a broken TV remote within an hour. We’d definitely stay again.”airbnb

“This beach home was a great place to stay. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. The kitchen was very well stocked and we ate many of our meals in. There were ample beach toys and towels. Lots of space to lounge around and directly across from us was a beautiful public access cove. Wonderful day and night. Literally the last house at the end of the road and super peaceful. We will be back!”airbnb

“We visited with a group of 8 - our adult kids and a grandchild. Great house and great spot. Home easily accomodated all of us. The kitchen was about the best Airbnb kitchen we've experienced - fully stocked and all drawers marked. House has baby equipment and beach equipment. The outdoor area and view are epic. Two issues to be aware of. One, this is a sleepy location. Not many services nearby. Stock up with groceries as there's no "just running out to the store." Two, the TV interface is an old school Direct TV app like you'd find in a hotel. No Amazon or Netflix app that we found.”airbnb

“Absolutely the most lovely home on a quiet, safe street with easy beach access. The place was well stocked and comfortable, with multiple places to relax and enjoy the tropical breeze.”airbnb

“Puako was such a great location. Extremely short walk to a mostly private beach where we could snorkel, sunbathe on some actual decent sand, and saw sea turtles every day! Caught sunsets and sunrises from the same beach, just different sides. Beautiful. Puako General Store was good for basic groceries and food. 40 minutes or so from Kona, but we just went to Waimea instead when we needed stuff (20 minutes) and it’s way prettier. House was very comfortable, lots of fans, very clean, nice appliances. We loved it. Good starter set of beach gear, four chairs still in decent shape, snorkeling gear that while not new did the trick (four goggles and snorkels), and beach umbrella. Also frisbee, balls and an old cooler. All good things! One boogie board when we got there, we left three more. I imagine there are NO GUARANTEES of what gear will be there, all should be considered a bonus and was to us!”airbnb

“The house is situated minutes from all the best snorkeling beaches, and is a short drive away from the town of Waimea, with all its great restaurants and brewpubs. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, making for a great night's sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living area is comfortable, and beds are comfortable. A great house for two couples.”airbnb

“Everything was well except there were two moldy pillows. It was understandable due to the humid weather but the cleaning check should be done more thoroughly.”airbnb
