“We really enjoyed our week there. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and appointed. Bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen/living room area was very comfortable. New appliances in the kitchen. Well stocked laundry room with washer and dryer. The view from the fifth floor balcony was magnificent. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Great location, views, and well kept grounds and property. The only drawback is that it can only be accessed via toll roads from the surrounding communities. But overall, excellent.”

“The view and condo were breathtaking. However, a lot of issues. We came to a very foul smell because water hadn’t been run. This on top of AC broken made for a bad first night. AC was fixed next day. Perfect Then for 4 nights , door code didn’t work, so calling emergency number (which I will say was always available) had to give us new code. By the fifth night they brought a key. The pool was under construction that was in the photos. So had to use other pool but was warned by security to “keep a low profile” because our tags didn’t match the color for that pool. Our parking spot was taken the last weekend, which I informed property manager of so parked in guest spot The last day, we cleaned the apartment, including washing and drying linens and waited for instructions on returning key. Eventually I text asking, and was asked to drive the key to Madeira. Beautiful place, but for the money and things that went wrong I was disappointed.”
