“The street was in an alley way. I wasn’t expecting that. However, it was fairly easy to find and the house was cute. The backyard view of the water was lovely.”

“The view is simply amazing. Unfortunately, the house itself kept having maintenance issues non-stop and the management company was very difficult to work with. Anything you type into the AirBnB chat gets a shallow AI response which makes you feel good initially until you realize there is little to no follow through unless it’s egregious enough for their AI agents to flag a real person to review. The pool guy would stop by for maybe 5 minutes once a week and, despite repeated attempts to flag this to the CasaGo management company, the pool turned green just in time for Memorial Day weekend! While they did provide a partial refund it really put a damper on the entire stay. The owner needs to renovate the house and hire a competent management company asap. He also needs to clear out the garage so renters can use it. It’s full of couches and an old car. This house has huge potential but needs work.”

“Nice quiet and comfortable place for a family reunion”

“The home was quite comfortable for 6 of us. It was roomy except for the very small bathrooms. The neighborhood looks a little questionable when pulling in, but turned out to be very peaceful. The rain hitting the roof in the back bedroom is very loud due to the type of roof on that area of the house. The lake view in the back is very enjoyable. Overall, it is a nice, clean, comfortable home and we will most likely stay here again when visiting St. Pete with our family.”
