“When it comes to professionalism, communication, and cleanliness this property did not meet my expectations. The first thing you should know is this home is listed on Airbnb twice once by Andy and once by vacations by mouse -a travel partner of Andy’s listed as $500 cheaper. With the cheaper rate communication was almost non existent. I received a ton of automated messages but every time I wrote them the response either never came or took over 24 hours met with more automated messages. I asked for several days about early check-in and was ignored. I messaged the original host Andy and he was also very unhelpful. Upon arrival I was met with an ant infestation everywhere even in beds upstairs, a fire alarm that wouldn’t go off downstairs, stains in 2 of the downstairs beds as well as a clogged shower, even found trash and metal under the sheets in the Mario room upstairs, lastly a cheap stand that fell to the floor as soon as we arrived. Customer service was also unable to reach the host”

“Heather was an amazing host! Very proactive & friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything at and in the house were EXACTLY as described in the advertised description and photos. The house was beautifully decorated with themed rooms, stacked with amenities & offered something for everyone of all ages. It accommodated all 21 of our family members perfectly and comfortably and was conveniently located within walking distance of SeaWorld & many great restaurants. It’s also literally five minutes away from the premium outlets. Would 100% stay at this house again!”

“Great house and location. The pool at the house and the community center were awesome. Next to all the parks made getting everyone where they wanted to be easy. if you have a large group this is a great house to accommodate you.”

“The house was fantastic. We stayed here with a group of parents to watch our girls dance at the Orange County Convention center. Less than a 2 mile drive. Everything you might want to eat is within a quick 10 min drive. House was so spacious and LOVED that every bedroom was an en suite. It made for fantastic privacy when you’re with a group. We paid to heat the pool, which was lovely and the kids swam the entire weekend Everything was clean and orderly when we checked in, and was a very easy checkout process Heather was always available if we had questions via messenger !!”

“Unfortunately, my experience with Heather as a host was disappointing. The biggest challenge was the air conditioning, which was not functioning properly during our stay. Despite reaching out multiple times, the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, making our stay uncomfortable. Communication was very difficult, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled with the level of professionalism I would expect. The phone number on the listing went to voicemail and a man named Bill had the voice message which led me to believe Heather is not actually the host of this Airbnb. While the property itself had potential, the lack of responsiveness and support made for a frustrating experience. I hope that future guests receive better service and that communication and problem resolution improve moving forward”
