“This place is exactly what is described. The shuttles to Disney saved us time and $$. My kids enjoyed the pool view and having the living room to themselves - the pull out couch bed was comfortable and had a tv for them. The kitchen was just enough space to cook light meals and prepare lunches for the park. It is close enough to be able to leave Disney, come back, eat lunch, and head back to the parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The actual hotel staff is very unfriendly and seem to be unhappy to have other guest in the hotel. I asked for assistance a couple of times, ie. where is the laundry room located, and they asked for my room number and said, “I don’t know where it is.” No joke. She then just walked away. They wanted $5 for a package I had delivered from Amazon. I asked Amazon to deliver it to my door, but the front staff requested to take it. They were not helpful.”
