“had an excellent stay! The location is perfect, very close to the parks, which made getting around easy and convenient. The place was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again.”

“Our group was very disappointed with our stay. We arrived to trash on the porch and many cleanliness and maintenance issues: a filthy window awning, two broken beds, a rusted shower rod, dusty curtains, misaligned closet doors, a cabinet door that would not close, AC issues, spiders, grass growing through the concrete around the pool, and poor upkeep. Blue plastic was being ground into the ice, and several guests found pieces in their cups before we realized it. MOST CONCERNING, an ADULT bed bug was found in one of the beds. We photographed a pic to the owner, a staff member came and FLUSHED it and carried the bedding through the house 🤦🏾‍♀️. After complaining, a professional was sent. He reviewed the photo sent to the host the night before and confirmed it was a bed bug😳. We spent the last of our vacation bagging and spraying our belongings to avoid carrying bed bugs home. The response felt dismissive and more like checking a box than genuine concern. This greatly impacted our trip”

“This home was not the right fit for us. I was disappointed with the response times and the cleanliness of the property. We had to vaccum and noticed ants in the upstairs bathroom. The kids in our group were very disappointed that the upstairs bedrooms did not have tv's. We also had to request towels upon arrival. The pool was smaller than expected. I requested to have it heated during our stay but communication issues delayed that experience as well. It was an unpleasant stay for us,but we made the most of it.”

“The actual hotel staff is very unfriendly and seem to be unhappy to have other guest in the hotel. I asked for assistance a couple of times, ie. where is the laundry room located, and they asked for my room number and said, “I don’t know where it is.” No joke. She then just walked away. They wanted $5 for a package I had delivered from Amazon. I asked Amazon to deliver it to my door, but the front staff requested to take it. They were not helpful.”

“The place was beautiful but the experience outweigh that. One of the main reasons we chose (and paid a premium for) this property was the heated private pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the pool heating was not working during our entire stay. Since we were traveling with a toddler, having access to a warm, private pool was especially important to us and for this reason we did not enjoy our stay as we would have expected. When they finally “fixed” the pool - we were told it would take 18 hours to heat which by that time - we checked out. Just unfortunate for the price we paid. No heated pool.”

“Great place to stay. Lots of fees to use the amenities such as the grill and use of a heated pool.”

“The place was clean and there was enough space to accommodate my group however we could not watch any of the Televisions in the homes they all had its own issue. And The refrigerator did not keep our food cold host takes a little time to respond I mentioned these things to them the night we checked in but I did not get a response until the next day. On the other hand It’s located in a really nice area. The amenities were nice for the children.”
