“We had a nice stay. For 5 people it was a little small but ok. It was clean. Shower head in 2nd bath did not put out much water and there are never enough towel racks in rentals. The kitchen silverware drawer could use a handle as it is difficult to open. Otherwise the unit was fine. One concern - we had our RV parked in the back lot, called the security number listed on front complex door to ask if the back gate could be unlocked so we could exit easier upon departure, no one ever called us back and we left 2 messages. Doesn't bode well for your security service if we had had a real emergency!!!”

“The location was great for Universal parks which is why we booked. The apartment itself was big enough for our family of 5 and I liked the layout. There is not a convenience store located at the complex anymore, but there is a small store about a 10-15 minute walk away. If the hosts had been responsive to messages, and we hadn't had to wait in the parking lot for over an hour after check in to get the door code, it would have been a much better experience.”

“Late morning, when our plane landed, we were informed about a plumbing problem that caused a cancellation. He offered a couple of replacement options that would not work for us. At that time it was too late to find a replacement even though units were showing as available. The property owners had hours to respond to a new request, so I eventually had to give up.”

“Location is everything in Orlando and this apartment is located only minutes from the OCCC as well as epic universe. We had a cheer competition at the convention center and getting there was a breeze. Check in was easy and the apartment was fairly accurately described as in the photos and listing. There were not enough towels for how many people it slept (10 guests , had 8 towels) but we were delivered more towels the day after check in. The ice maker stopped working during our stay but we purchased a bag of ice and all was well. Great location and just the right about of room for 10.”
