“Great location! Very close proximity to all the places we visited- epic universe, aquatica, Disney Springs and the Orlando science center. Pool was within walking distance which was nice. I would’ve gave it 5 stars but there were a few reasons why I didn’t. While the place was clean I went to use the coffee maker and along the water tank edges was brownish looking mold or buildup of some sort along with stuff floating in the water. Later on I went to use a cookie sheet and it was disgusting which I would’ve cleaned but had nothing to scrub it with. An outlet cover in one of the bedrooms was missing, and the table out on the balcony is on its last leg. Very thin blankets on the bed to make note of also if your someone who gets cold at night or just likes the weight. I will note that I did not reach out with these problems so I don’t know what the response would’ve been but hoping after seeing this they will be addressed for future renters. We did enjoy our stay though 😊”

“En general doy 4 estrellas. Porque todo estuvo bien con el alojamiento. Excepto que le sugiero énfasis en la limpieza en general. Debajo de las camas habia polvo y suciedad de papeles de galletas oreo de otros huéspedes que habían estado. Además de que vi una traza caminando por encima de la cama. Gracias a Dios fue el último dia. Sino, no hubiese podido dormir en ella. La vajilla estaba sucia en general. Parecía limpia..pero no. Los baños estaban limpios. En general. Recomiendo este lugar. Solo que deben mejorar mucho más la limpieza. Por lo demás bien.”

“The spot is spacious, convenient and overall beautiful. The only issues were the master toilet water was turned off. Thought it was to conserve water, but unfortunately it just didn’t work, so 5 girls sharing one toilet was a bit aggravating. Some of the glass in the furniture was broken and immediately reported and the trash bin that we were to put the trash in was completely full. The amenities were nice, except the hairdryer didn’t work and they provided coffee but no filters, had I known, I would have picked some up. This review isn’t meant to tear down, because overall it was beautiful and very spacious! We loved it and would definitely rent again. Just constructive criticism. This is a great place!”

“La casa en general está bien mantenida y ubicada Lo negativo pocos productos de limpieza (jabón, detergente para el lavarropas y papel higiénico). El aire acondicionado enfría mucho la habitación 1. La habitación 1 no tiene placard y en su lugar está el lavarropas y el secarropa.”

“While it was perfectly located for us attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, had good number of beds and bathrooms, was a great price, I will only give Airbnb's 3 stars who don't supply basic needs. There is a new trend with rental properties of giving you a "starter pack" of supplies that then requires you to spend unnecessary money and time on arrival to stock your apartment. Not cool! If id have known before the checkin info, I would have canceled for this inconvenience. We rented the place for 5 days, 10 people--were given 1 roll of TP, 2 garbage bags, 5 spoons, 2 dish washer tablets-- and I could go on, but you get the idea. I would rather pay more for the listing than deal with this kind of thing. As guests, we should all stop accepting it as the new normal.”
