“We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect to have the family together for our daughter’s graduation from UCF. The pool was refreshing but the house is located right on a busy highway. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking and the beds were comfy. The location was convenient - close to UCF, pharmacies, groceries, shopping and many restaurants.”

“Overall a fairly nice place. The pool is pretty nice and the space is comfortable. Sliding door frames Could do better on cleanliness, there was a “chocolate” stain of some sort near the rear sliding door. Other areas were just pretty unkempt and dingy. Just seems overdue for a deep clean. Furnishings lacked a bit. The couch was comfortable, but small and the only seating facing the tv in the living room. Would be less convenient for a larger group. A chair was propped up in the primary bedrooms dressing closet against the wall because it was missing a leg. Luckily we saw it before trying to sit in it. Because it was sparsely furnished it was quite echo prone with all the hard surfaces. Very few bath towels. Sheets weren’t of much quality and pillows were all broken down and flat. Mattresses was pretty good though. Kitchen needs better outfitting. There isn’t even a full size skillet in the offering. Rear slider door is very hard to open.”

“Great stay! we were little concerned when we pulled up but the inside is great. The weather has caused some different issues with dead grass/trees etc. DON'T be discouraged interior is fantastic. Shared the following smalls things with management so hopefully they will be taking care of them. Grill needs some care, more towels/rags as we struggled with 5 of us having clean ones (we didnt have enough to trade out to wash dirty ones every few days, we had to make sure to wash and get them right back, and sliding door is very hard to get open and closed. We used the bathroom doors to go in and out, yes (DOORS) both bathrooms had backyard door to reach the pool! Beds are super important and they are very comfortable. Kids complained a little about no tvs in bedrooms, those arent for everyone and not a necessity. Great location, near Sam's club, walmart, dollar general, and Boardwalk Bowl which is why we were there was a tournament. Will definitely keep this home saved for next trip!”
