“Starting with the good, the spot is awesome, the apartment is comfortable, rooms are big, bathrooms big, having a washer and dryer is always a plus and loved being on the 1st floor. The bad is that they have so many rules it’s makes me so nervous to not do what they asked. Only one trash bag supplied in addition to the one in the trash can and you have to empty all trash and specifically put it all in a 13 gallon bag .You have to wash all dishes but they dont provide a sponge, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom supplied, if you leave anything in the fridge they charge you, and so many other rules that make it overwhelming. We also found bugs in the bathroom every night. We sent photos to where they responded the next day they would let the cleaning crew know. The shower head in the master bedroom is wierd, I think it’s broken and they put blue tape to hold it but you can’t move it and it’s facing the wall. All in all it was clean, quiet and close to everything.”
